What made the situation even more frustrating was seeing employees standing around talking and socializing while customers continued to wait. It was obvious that the problem was not a lack of customers, but a lack of organization and management. After waiting far longer than we should have, I decided not to receive service and only had my wife get her nails done. While her nails turned out okay, the quality was average and nothing stood out as exceptional. The results certainly did not justify the excessive wait. There are too many nail salons competing for business to tolerate this level of service. Customers deserve to feel that their time is valued and respected.
