My first time at this nail salon and it was hands down THE BEST EXPERIENCE I've ever had getting nail services anywhere. VERY professional, skilled, and courteous staff. Brian and Christina were both so wonderful to deal with. Prices are reasonable and I LOVE the fact that they work by appointment as it eliminates the wait time. I had the spa manicure and the spa pedicure and I loved both services. I will definitely be coming back again and again. I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend...

Nice, clean and fairly quick service. Even if there is a wait, it is worth it. Tracy did my nails and I absolutely loved them. I was able to show her a picture of the shape I wanted and she did it perfectly! I was very satisfied and would definitely recommend!

Sat there for an hour and a half waiting for a manicure. 7 nail technicians are working but apparently only 2 can do manicures.... on a Saturday. A gentleman puts a hot bowl of acetone in front of me to soak off my previous nail polish then brings a paper towel for me to try and get it off myself. I got tired of waiting so i paid for removing my nail polish and left. They sent me a survey asking for my feedback and you can see their very professional response below. Heres an answer to your question....instead lf asking if I can show you where to find people working, heres a damn tip.... educate the people you have....this would increase their earning potential and your profits. Get your s**t together. read more

Brian did an excellent job on my nails. I asked for removal of the old nails i had on and a nice quiet lady took them off without any pain. She was very careful to not hurt me since my nail bed is thin and extremely sensitive to pain from years of (me) yanking the nails off. Brian did my nails and they look amazing!!! My fingers & nails were not sore at all and french tip nails look so natural!! read more

Worst service I've ever experienced. I don't even do designs... just simple one color overlay. The owner did my nails and told me "it can never be exactly how you want them". The color didn't match and the shape was lumpy... he did the absolute terrible job altogether. I will not be returning to this place and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. read more

I visited this nail salon given the good reviews. However, I was disappointed. The ladies were not friendly at all and more importantly the pedicure I got was the worst I've ever had especially considering their prices. They also do not sanitize their tools. They looked dirty and old. read more

I live in Dallas, but am in Laredo on business. This salon was phenomenal. I got a full set gel and the guy who did them was very customer service oriented and of course was very observant of infection control practices. I highly recommend this place for nails. read more

I went to this place today and there was no price or service list. No one greeted me when I came in. The store was very messy. I went to check it out because of the reviews I read. Not at all what I expected. I asked if they had a menu of their services and he said no. I didn't get to do my nails because it was going to be an hour wait which wasn't the issue. The issue was the terrible service i got before I even sat down. The man totally ignored me and I could tell he just wanted me to leave. read more

This place is great! I was visiting family in Laredo for the first time and really needed to get out of the house. What's there to do in Laredo other than to get your nails done? C'mon guys, lezbehonest here. My cousin recommended A Nails (located in Regency Square). To my surprise, the owners, a sweet couple, are fellow Houstonians! They were very cordial and friendly. The wife (can't remember her name!) did my mani-pedi, and man let me tell you, she is uber talented. Being the indecisive person, I didn't know what design I wanted, so she helped me decide on my nail art. We settled on some butterflies, and I was floored by the way she HAND PAINTED them (no stickers). Unfortunately, I didn't get a picture of my exact design, but I got some from their Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100006050470867) Overall, I am very pleased with the service I received. For a very reasonable price, my nails look awesome. I would definitely recommend them to the dwellers of Laredo and will definitely stop by next time I'm in town. read more

Called in to make a reservation for two mani/pedi's. I also asked if they had beverages alcoholic and non alcoholic there to drink. He mentioned they would give us a complimentary beverage including wine when we arrived. Sure enough, we both got a wine glass with our service free of charge. read more

I am visiting from out of town and saw the reviews and decided to visit A Nails. I had an amazing experience. Rob and Nikki assisted me. One doing my toes and the other my nails. We had a wonderful conversation. And their work was excellent. The took their time to do really quality work. My nails look beautiful. I get my nails done all the time at home by the same woman who i love. I was not excited about going to a new place. But I am so glad I did. i will definitely go back on my future trips to Laredo. read more

I have mixed feelings about this place. I called and asked if they had the small pedicure chair for little girls. My daughter is 6. They assured me that they did. Well they didn't. They did put the regular seat all the way up and gave her a pillow and they treated her very well but no small chair. I didn't feel like they were very friendly towards me. The atmosphere is nice. While I was there I heard women complaining that there was no tv but I liked it, they played relaxing music. I hate hearing Spanish novelas super loud at other salons. I had made an appointment and when I came in I told the young man everything we were having done but then I had to retell him after each treatment. He had no idea what was going on. And the girl doing my eyebrow wax seemed like she was in a huge hurry. My daughter had a good experience but I would look for another place before returning there. read more

Wanna feel like a princess? A Nail Spa is the place! The best place I've been in Laredo so far. Amazing massages. Very clean and attentive staff! Tracy and Amy did my pedicure last time. Bryan gave me the most amazing foot massages. They are both professional, incredibly, sweet and meticulous and very careful to cater to their clients. I am new to Laredo so I chose this place to do my nails because of the great reviews on here but I was greatly disappointed. They were not clean and none of the instruments they used had been sterilized and they reused brushes and files! I thought ok this is bad but I'll just let them finish and then never come back. Well I should have just left because now I have NAIL FUNGUS!! I am so upset because I have never once had nail fungus and as soon as I took my polish off from the pedicure done here I had fungus all over my toenails! Now I have to treat this problem for months and it may always be a problem for me now. Don't go here! read more

Gloria gave me the best pedi of my life - seriously. She was friendly, very thorough with everything from cuticle removal, to exfoliating (and I'm talking 3 levels of exfoliating), to massaging, and finally to polishing. What a lucky find, as I picked out this place while on travel. Next trip I will be sure to find time again to visit Gloria. read more

I went to this nail salon for over a year and always had a fabulous experience - very nice staff, excellent work. However, back in December I went in for a pedicure and they had a new nail technician who I had never seen before. He went nuts exfoliating the bottom of my feet...and cut a huge chunk of skin off. I walked out of the salon bleeding and have not been back since. It was very disappointing because I loved this place before. read more

I'm newish to Laredo, after one bad experience at another nail salon I can say I finally found one that I loved! I highly recommend A Nails! I was a walk-in, they took me relatively quick and they were so kind and welcoming. I showed them a pic of what I wanted and sure enough they were able to replicate it. If your looking for THAT place that will replicate whatever Pinterest picture you found, like me lol, then this is the place!
