A gentleman puts a hot bowl of acetone in front of me to soak off my previous nail polish then brings a paper towel for me to try and get it off myself. I got tired of waiting so i paid for removing my nail polish and left. They sent me a survey asking for my feedback and you can see their very professional response below. Despite the salon being nearly empty, we waited an unreasonable amount of time for service. What made the situation even more frustrating was seeing employees standing around talking and socializing while customers continued to wait. It was obvious that the problem was not a lack of customers, but a lack of organization and management. After waiting far longer than we should have, I decided not to receive service and only had my wife get her nails done. While her nails turned out okay, the quality was average and nothing stood out as exceptional. The results certainly did not justify the excessive wait. There are too many nail salons competing for business to tolerate this level of service. Customers deserve to feel that their time is valued and respected. Unfortunately, our experience left us with the impression that customer service is not a priority, and we will be taking our business elsewhere in the future.

I am based in San Antonio, but when I am home, I am so busy. What I have found that if I do an overnight in Laredo, this is the perfect place for me to catch up on some grooming....like my nails! I was not greeted upon entering and totally ignored as I signed in for service. Sat there for ten minutes, while two male employees sat watching tv, again totally ignoring my presence. They then got up to go outside to smoke, so I walked up to a girl giving a manicure to ask how long would it be, and her response to me was if the two guys had helped me, which of course did not happen. My nails lasted for the two weeks they predicted! Shouldn't be surprised since the owners are experienced and certified workers by the state of Texas.
