I have been a customer here since 2013. I moved to New Braunfels and get my nails done by Hai when I'm in town and due for a new set. Hai and his team never fail to meet my expectations. Some people get upset becausee they can't attend all their customers at once and there is a bit of a wait when overwhelmed with customers. Therefore, you must arrive early or during times when they're not busy. They also have a rewards system that discounts $10 after a certain number of accumulated points. Nice place but it is the worst experience I've ever had in a salon. The girl that attended me was so rude. The rudest! Rolling her eyes, sighing "ugh" at me if I flinched because it hurt. The guy that did my pedicure hurt me I literally bleed from how much he filled my nails. I have never written a negative (or positive) review in my life, but I have never had such a negative experience at a nail salon. To begin when my two sisters and I arrived we stood there without being helped for a couple of minutes this was at 12:30pm. when we were they rudely told us to sign in- mind you i had never been here before. As we signed up and overheard 2 people before us say they forgot to sign in.They we're let to go before us which is entirely reasonable and I had no issue with. But later they asked why services my sisters and I were asking for. I told them I had a mani pedi and my sisters only a mani. Now, later a lady walked in and since we weren't helped i told her she needed to sign in. Before any of my sisters and I were attended the lady that came in after us had her full set done and was sitting waiting for her pedi. I started talking to the lady (that had come after me and had already been attended) and told her that ofc it was not her fault but that she had come in later and she was like I know! (Super nice lady) then a worker over heard and called the manager Im assuming. I was very calm and explained my frustrations in a polite manner. He literally yelled at me saying that he misunderstood me and that if I didn't like it I could leave. He said that I was sensitive and dramatic even after he walked away and kept of yelling from an isle away where they do the manicures. This was now at 2:30. Only one of my sisters was being attended and my sister and I had been waiting just sitting down. The dude that yelled at me kept on getting up even before we were attended as he was doing other people's nails. He would leave come back work for like 10 mins. Leave come back work for 10 mins. I've never felt so disrespected in my life. I got my toes done instantly after by a kind worker who apologized for the inconvenience. I told her it was not her fault. I was supposed to get a set which i decided not to after the incident. I left after my sisters were done which was at 3:50pm. I was in tears. This was my moms birthday gift to me. I couldn't have asked for a better pedicure from Louise. She got really deep into my feet in spite of the lack of care I usually give them (I'm very active on my feet and am not the best at giving them the care they need). So on the advice of my fiancée, I came over here and got my feet taken care of. By the time Louise was done with my feet, I went from being full of blisters and having irritation on the top of my feet to having silky smooth feet that feel weightless. I will come back frequently to make sure my feet still have this wonderful sensation and to be better at taking care of my feet! read more

So today I stopped in for a girls day with my mother and my two small sisters and let me just say I really thought this was going to be my number one spot because I had such good experiences before but this time I was treated like I was invisible I was skipped over not once not twice not even three times I was treated like I did not exist and still over a hour and half later still have no be given any service I'm glad to say my mother and sisters were not treated the way I was but I did of course speak up but still to no avail I will NOT be coming here anymore and I hope they NEVER do this to any other customer but I've never felt so bad when I was initially so excited about to today I would ask to speak to manager but I can tell my voice will fall on deaf ears so I will just leave this here and hope you guys make a better decision than I did !i read more

The only good thing I can say about this place is they were open late. Otherwise, terrible nail salon. They do not understand requests and do not know how to polish nails - there were streaks and the topcoat did not cover the entire nail. Poor customer service and very dissatisfied with my results. Worst customer service ever! I walked in to a room full of workers and not one of them took the time to say hello. I went in for a pedi and mani. When they finally acknowledged me, they sat me on a chair and had me wait another 20-30 minutes barefooted with no water in the pedi tub. Then when they finally started, the worked says "ill be right back I'm going to go eat." After another 20 min he finally came back and finished. Then mani was next... Horrible job. My 3 year old son could've done better. Ladies are full of themselves and snobby! Will never return and don't recommend this place to anyone. Don't waste your time. read more
