Please do not go to this salon. I was shown a menu for a pedicure with prices. I chose the most affordable one. When I went to the register I was charged 15 dollars extra for my polish on my manicure and pedicure by Ivy though she did not let me know this extra charge was for my polish. Danny was who rang me up and he was sorry abd unaware this had happened. I will never go back again because of these charges that i was not notified about and were just added to my bill. I had assumed that i would be charged what I saw on the menu that Ivy showed me. She did not tell me the polish color orctype i chose would cause 30 dollars total in additional charges. Left looking great. A few hours later my nails revealed bubbles. Karen was very nice and attentive and she did do them for me again to fix them. However, bubbles were present again by the morning. I wouldn't have accepted my money back, had she offered because she did try to mend them and spent a good deal of time doing so. Yet, she did not offer my money back after I declined a third fix attempt. Doing the same thing repeatedly and expecting different results is INSANITY. Unfortunately, I'm extremely disappointed with the new management and their employee replacements. The two employees I saw from the previous management are the only ones who actually know what they're doing. Them out of towners ALWAYS do amazing. Hello, I go to this place every time I need a pedicure. I have been going there for years now. They recently lost a lot of their employees and they have new management due to unknown reasons. Regardless, I keep going there for my pedicure. I took my daughter to her first professional pedicure and she loved it. She has barely been there 2 times and she still loves it and of course I love to spend time with her. Regardless of their short staff, they still have a great attitudes and customer service. read more

This salon deserves a negative star. It's rare that I post a review. However, this experience was so bad, I felt obligated. The employees spoke Vietnamese the entire time, very very rude and unprofessional. From what I gathered, an employee was upset, so upset, she stopped doing my daughters pedi and literally walked out of salon. No explanation, nothing. The lady doing my pedi then stopped to text and call (more than once) the employee that walked out. The entire time we were there, almost an hour and 40 mins (basic pedi) the employees were bickering back and forth. I don't live here, just visiting. Never again. read more

I'm sad to report that I had a terrible experience at Q nails. I used to be a loyal customer (many years ago before I moved). I even referred people to Q. Well I went again. My pedicure was wonderful but my manicure with Tammy was one of the worst manicures I've ever gotten. She cut me, pulled my cuticles and left my nails looking horrible. She then blamed me for my fingers being too "stiff", ridiculous. I've gotten my nails done consistently for over 20 years and never had such an uncomfortable experience. I also asked that they not put a gel coat on top of my dip, since it peels. She used a sticky old sns top coat that left my nails looking dull and smudged. To top it off it took me 3 hours to get a pedicure and manicure. Needless to say, I won't be returning. read more

This doesn't even deserve one star!!!! They totally ripped us off for sure. My two year old was charged 15 dollars to take off her polish. She cost 35 dollars!!!! For pink paint and whit polka dots. Not only do they do crap nails they do crap pedicures. My gel polish lifted in a day. My toes by the time I got home was kind of lumpy and already looking grown out. I don't know how the heck it happened but it wasn't cute. I had my nails done and a pedicure and my two year old down and my oldest daughter wasn't even started on yet!!!! She was so mad. They kept handling other customers. They should of took off a discount bc of her having to wait over an hour and some time. To make the situation worse!!!!!!! She told my daughter who I had pay for me bc they took too long and I had to leave to make sure she tipped well bc three people were used for the group check! Byyyye! This place is a damn joke! Not my favorite place. They charge for every little thing and I feel are constantly laughing at the customers in their language. One of the ladies even has to put you down by telling me my eyebrows are ugly and I need a wax. If your trying to get business by insulting others it's not working not right. There nails are nails but they need better customer service. I know many people admire this nail salon but their jealousy of other salons is crazy. They gave a price on their menu for 18 and under but because they thought my nails were from another salon (I did them) they did not honor that price. Don't think I'll be going back. read more
