A gentleman puts a hot bowl of acetone in front of me to soak off my previous nail polish then brings a paper towel for me to try and get it off myself. I got tired of waiting so i paid for removing my nail polish and left. They sent me a survey asking for my feedback and you can see their very professional response below. There's hand sanitizer as soon as you walk in with a sign instructing you to clean your hands when you enter. It was 2pm on a weekday and there was no wait. Everyone inside wore a mask and were seated socially distant. Lu Lu greeted me, offered me a beverage then proceeded to do a great job on my mani pedi, she took her time and was very gentle.
