The first time, I called for a same-day appointment and they were able to book me right away. When I arrived, I was checked in immediately and seen at my appointment time. For my second visit, the experience was just as great. I checked in and they started working on my nails as soon as I arrived. Both times, Judy has been excellent. She took the time to explain what would be best for my nails since I wanted to take a break from acrylics. The rest of the staff is also super friendly and welcoming. The salon has such a calm and peaceful atmosphere, and they never make you feel uncomfortable like some other nail salons where it feels like they're talking about you. They also offer 10% off Gel-X on Wednesdays, and they have Wi-Fi, which is super convenient!

The nail techs are so friendly and kind. If you ask they will give you the polish colors in a stack of fake nails? I don't know what it's called. But it shows what the color looks like on, not just on the wall in the jar. Prices are fair. My only complaint is I normally come in with a small group of people. I call ahead and ask if they have slots for all of us. They say yes. But when we show up they only have one or two people available. So one to two people have to wait and we end up being there forever. I don't know why they don't put in how many are coming and have the staff allotted to those appointments. We are never told when booking that they will be staggered. So now we know, but it's still mildly frustrating.

Had different technicians each time. They're all pretty good but for the first time I got Hailey. Wow she is amazing!!! I got the basic pedi ($37) and callus removal ($10). She was very thorough and detail oriented. I opted for no polish this time, and she really did her best to make my nails look as neat as possible. There was so much cuticle and dead skin removed. She also spent a good amount of time on my foot and leg massage. I have nothing but good things to say about her. Next time I'll definitely request her before I come in. The salon space was clean and well-lit. The chairs were massage chairs and they're actually decent, better than a lot of salon massage chairs I tried. I was also offered water. The basic pedicure also included quite a bit of different services and that's just basic, and I think it's more than enough. Parking could be challenging because they only have a few spots right outside the salon as the other stalls are reserved for other businesses. Some signs would specify their hours of operation so if I arrive out of those hours I would just park there. Also Sunday street parking is free. Sometimes they would send random texts for 5% off, and also discounts for birthdays. I mean it's not much but better than nothing. Great spot. I paid $75 for my manicure ($25 manicure, $45 gel french tip, $5 nail fix) and my pedicure was $37 for a basic. The new salon is brand new and everything is very clean. Ruby did my pedicure and Alex did my manicure. They were extremely busy while we were there but it seemed like it ran really smoothly. Everyone was pleasant enough but not much talking and it did feel a little rushed at times but also understanding that they were trying to accommodate all 4 of us on short notice. Ruby cut slightly too deep into the side of my left big toe and she apologized but it was very noticeable swollen and painful the next day compared to my other toe so that's not ideal. She was very meticulous with the polish application though! Alex did a great job with my deep french manicure. He was very quick and efficient with putting on an acrylic tip onto my thumb that was shorter than the rest of my nails. He was careful to not have the gel touch my skin and seemed to be the go-to for frenchies. The girl working the front desk didn't seem to be in a good mood. I don't usually mind but she was very short with her responses and not particularly nice or helpful when I asked a few questions regarding the pricing and point system. There is plenty of street parking available and it was easy to find. They're very popular so expect to be a slight wait and it's definitely a more sterile and clinically run salon than a welcoming one. I didn't see anyone with a walk-in so I would always recommend making an appointment!
