I got a pedicure that my niece could've done better at paint my toenails because they had to literally remove a lot of fingernail polish after they done them and I had nothing to do with that on top of them telling me the wrong price on the phone and then when I get there, it's a whole different pricing and if you don't believe me, try it yourself I swear to God, then on top of that got three fingers that are crooked in another three that got skin and blood taken off from a drillbit I do not recommend this I could've gave it a zero I would have then the second person that did my because the first couldn't get it right and was told she worked less than a I could tell that's why they switched and he didn't even do a decent job. He cut me three times with a nail bit and they refused to give me my money back so now I'm blowing their shit up. Don't recommend I should've seen the yelp review from the beginning. Actually had a friend that went there and received the worst service ever. I too had the same experience about 2 years ago. The manager was extremely rude and disrespectful to her as she was to me back them. ZERO personality!! Just as she had to wait 30 minutes before anyone helped her, the same happened to me. It amazes me that people continue to patronize this horrible establishment. My wife and I went here, first time visiting this location. It was on a Friday around 5pm. There wasn't a lot of customers at the time, but not a whole lot of workers either so the wait was a bit long. Lighting was well, parking lot didn't have a lot of space. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Asked for my eyebrows to be arched and waited for over 30 minutes and no there was no reason for that wait time. This place was not good, I wasn't expecting much for such a small town anyway. The pedicure was alright, they didn't pay any attention to my lower legs and the massage was very fast with NO pressure, felt like they were just tickling me. Now the manicure was the worst part. They didn't even push my cuticles back, she just starting trimming without pushing the skin back so it hurt to say the least. Then she went to buff my nails but used the rough side then didn't smooth them out, therefore leaving my nail surface all scratched up and rough. When I told her to fix it, she didn't understand and kept trying to put another coat of polish on. This makes NO sense. My nails look worse than they did to begin with. Do NOT go here. read more

I went yesterday for a mani-pedi. Was somewhat concerned that there were only male employees. I guess the ladies were at lunch. The man that did mine spoke very little English. Communication was a problem. He was extremely rough doing my mani-pedi. I told him he was hurting me. I have oozing cuticles today and where he scrubbed my heel on my right foot I have a oozing sore the size of a quarter!! My hands are equally sore. I feel sure they are all infected!! Only been going here for about 2 mths. First of all the place is junky but I was thinking maybe they were remodeling and that's why bags and stuff laying around. Found out they aren't. I went there to have eyelash extensions. Had never had done before. So I didn't know what to expect. Tammy and the other lady (Tina or alena)can't remember her name seemed so nice and said $90 if I pay cash, more if I don't. I was like wow that's high but was tired of not having eyelashes(long story). The first time (Tina or Alena?) did a great job and were super nice. Second time Tammy did them. She was a lot faster and didn't as good of a job.. but it wasn't bad. I went in yesterday for the 3rd time. Tammy was only one available to help me. At the same time 2 black(telling you race for a reason)ladies wanted their eyebrows done at same time. They saw me fixing to get eyelashes and asked Tammy how much. She whispered to them $45.. the lady said wow that's high. Tammy had to walk out of the room for a second. The lady said you know they are over charging you at $45... I said $45??? They charge me $90. At this time Tammy walked back in heard us talking . She got mad at the lady for telling me what she said and told her not to come back. I looked at Tammy and asked her the price ... she ignored me. I got up and walked out. On the way out I asked the man how much do they charge for eyelashes... he said $45. As I walked out the other customer said you know why they charged you double right... I said no... she said because your white and they are racist towards white people. I told the lady that they were so nice to me though. She said it was because they knew they were taking advantage of me not knowing what normal prices were(they didn't have prices posted). The lady said they were probably laughing at you the whole time. I want to thank those 2 customers for opening my trusting eyes. Nail polish was cheap, there was nail polish every where didn't give a full manicure, and charged $2 more for using a credit card with out telling us first , prices were more expensive than what it said in the menu. HORRIBLE!!! My mom ask for a fill in the guy started cutting the top of her nail off! The owner said he cut off her nail so water don't get inside..she needed a whole new set the way he cut off the top of her nails! ..they are clueless and unprofessional. They gossip more than they work. I paid for a pedi I could of did at home..you can basically say I paid 27 for a polish change.They didn't soak my feet at all! They couldn't even do a simple fill in!
