The room is well-decorated, clean and Crystal has anticipated every need including robes, wipes, headbands, etc. She plays good music during your appointment and her board always has a cool quote on it. I love that she uses mostly hard wax and then goes in with soft wax to give a nice clean finish. This keeps the pain at bay and still ensures a beautiful result.
