This nail salon is very clean but that's really the only upside. They are very unhelpful when they make a mistake. The last fill in I got was horrible. The polish peeled of 2 days after I left the salon and the shape of my one of my nails is completely sideways. when I went back in to have it fixed I asked for a color change since it seemed to be the polish. They refused and told me I'd have to pay $25. I went with black again not waiting to pay for the same service they were already giving me. It peeled off. Again. They don't honor who comes in first they just take who they like in front of you. They sit there doing each other's nails while the lobby is full. There are only two nail techs at any given time. The receptionist is very rude and unprofessional. I've seen her be rude to multiple customers while waiting to have my nails done. Overall not a place I recommend going if you want to have good nails and a good experience that doesn't leave you feeling judged and unhappy.

"Stylist" Jeff should never be allowed to cut hair. I came in with my hair to my collar bone in…read morefront and 3 inches past my shoulders in back. I wanted it trimmed all the way around to my collar bone, NO A-line. He left the underside an inch longer than the top layer on the sides, left side an inch shorter than the right. A hole in the top layer in the back a inch wide. When he finished trying to fix it, my hair was so jagged and short I couldn't put it around a two inch curling iron. It's been over two months, it will take another 3 months to get it back to where I wanted it. It will still be multiple layers. Brittany saw my hair & that I was upset, I wasn't charged & she offered to fix it if I came back. There is no way this was a one off for this guy. The manager should have realized he didn't know what he was doing & never allowed him to cut anyone's hair. He said he had been doing this for 21 years. Several stylists were sitting around talking when I came in, not busy, when I.left most were busy, I had an appointment but would have waited if I had of known how badly this would turn out. The manager and other stylists had to have been aware of his lack of ability. I have a regular stylist in Kinston, Fantastic Sam's, but it was my birthday, she was on vacation, I wanted my hair cut for the party, sorry I did. I've been to the Goldsboro location several times with no issues, always happy, never again!
