She clearly does not know that there is a difference between cutting hair short and cutting short hair. She also has no business using thinning shears. I like my hair touched with them all over to give it a slightly messy look. It works for me. However, she gave me a bald spot just chopping away at one spot. I went here because I am new to the area and was looking for someone to cut my hair like my stylist in WV. When I went back to WV for a visit 3 months later. (I hadn't had a hair cut since this) My old stylist wanted to know what they did to me. She tried her best to make my butchered locks look half way back to normal. She was almost as upset as I was. Writing this review based on my mom's experience. She stated she had her gel nails done at this…read morelocation and said after about almost 2 weeks the gel began chipping. She stated they normally last at other places for a lot longer. She went back to the location and the worker did not want to fix the chipped portion of her nail and was told she would have to pay to have them redone. She was not accommodating in anyway. The workers had a major attitude and was very rude. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST!!!!
