I can't believe this is a nail salon. I wasn't expecting a lot and my expectations were correct! They certainly don't file, buff, clean, or provide quality application of acrylic. Don't waste your time or money. read more

This place is horrible!!!! You can't request your technician. The best one which is the young guy and he always has someone. The lady(mom) is mean. She speaks about you in her native tongue then does a horrible job on your nails and pedicure. One tech charges one price and another one charges more for the same service. Their lobby is always empty now! All the crooked ways in business is catching up to them. read more

They are the absolute worst nail shop ever!!!! The owner is the nastiest person I have ever met!!! I received a fill in on Tuesday and by Thursday they were chipped. He didn't want to remove polish even tho I offered to pay!!! I will never give them another dime of my money, I will definitely continue to make that drive to Goldsboro. read more

I do not recommend this place. Went for a pedicure and manicure. The couple running Les Nails were not friendly. I was their only customer, which should have given me a clue. Ended up with a sloppy pedicure. Decided not to have a manicure. Don't go here unless you are desperate. read more

This place is by far very organized more than one nail tech and she is very nice as well but can't remember a customer to save her life and I tip but not my last visit I went to get my nails removed and the she was not too happy I didn't get my nails done at her spa moving forward I'm New York I travel so I can't b regular on the regular.I wanted to soak off my nails she told me your nails are Gona take too" u go home n soak off n come back I'll take off for you" I immediately looked at her as if she didn't understand my request but intended to say "soak take too long I do quick job but it's gona hurt a little" i proceeded to sit down she said it cost 10$ I said ok do you want me to pay you now? And I paid her with two 5$ bills and I agreed to the quick jOb I had no idea she wouLd show no skill or care for my nails the way she did. im missing full nails on my 3 fingers from her removal. the first nail she pull off wit a nail was my pinky and it bled immediately and hurt soo bad I told her to stop dealing wit the pain and the blood I made a decision to allow her to finish because I just didn't want o feel the pain anymore.i endures more pain from and lost my index finger nail my pinky nail both on my left hand my ring finger nail and index nail in my right hand I will never go to that place again just for how she treated me so I guess you guys can enter at your own risk this is small town not many options but health is first in field like that's I don't they liscense to do Any nails if you ask me read more

Went to get my acrylics removed and he wanted to do them by hand and it hurt so I asked if we could soak them told me no takes to long and I could take my business somewhere else. Also proceeded to talk bad about the lady he had just done in front of me. This is also the older guy that owns the business not the young guys. read more

Not a good experience. Had me soak my hands in cold water, did not clean under my nails. Tools were sitting out and did not appear to be sanitized between customers as they were just put back where they were. Not at real massage just a little lotion rubbed into the hands. I will never go back. read more

Went to get my nails done/ polish change on my toes. The mom totals my bill & said $98 dollars!! She charged me $25 plus $10(because of the gel polish)!! $35 just to have my color changed, no pedicure!! Then she got mad b/c the son have her a price for my nails that she did not agree with. I won't be going back for no pedicure!!! Bad attitude lady!. Her son does a great job with my nails and that will be the only thing I go back for. Over charging people. #strumpant read more

Had a fill-in with lady. Nails look ok, I know they are not following the sanitation and disinfection rulings by the NC State board of Cosmetolgy! I am positive that she used a sanding band that had previously been use along with the file. She kept beating the dust out of of on manicure station, a sure sign that it was going to be used again. Also did not remove and dispose the sanding band when she completed my nails. Did not use Dehydrator before the primer so hopefully my nails will stay for a few days. The glove she had on was also not clean looking. Almost rude with both their attitudes. Will not return, and beware of unsanitary practices read more

Only person in the shop. Took so much time taking off polish, than rushed through to put polish on. Forgot to do the color before the French and to go back and slap the color on! Looks like crap the polish is not even on full or even. Then got charged 40 for a it. Because I got 2 drops of lotion on my hands that is a manicure? NOT HAPPY! Told the man that he only charged me 30 the last time and he said you are wrong! Umm excuse me I'm the customer. So don't go for anything. They also charged my friend 45 for a fill in!! Really? read more

Another horrible nail shop in Kinston. Went in for a gel manicure and pedicure. The tech spent 15 mins on my pedicures skipping the filing AND the massage then threw my gel polish on in 10 mins. I had to tell her to paint the tips of my nails!!! Really!?!? There was nobody else in the shop so I not sure the rush but I will never be going back. Once I got outside I could see all the polish flaws on my nails and feet more clearly but was too angry to go back to the non-English speaking staff. If anyone knows of a good nail shop, please share!!!!!! read more
