I used this company for my son's prom. We got the black phantom hummer and in my sons words "that was hot". They had a great time and a great experience. The car had a few paint cracks and nicks on the outside and the butterfly door was inoperable. It wouldn't work for a wedding or something more formal but for the kids, it was fine. With that said...It was a last minute booking so it may have been the last one available. I wouldn't let that keep me from using this company again but that is why it's 4 instead of 5 stars. Tried to provide my daughter with a safe and fun experience heading to prom. This company failed to provide that in every way. Car was completely disgusting. Seats were sticky food crumbs and dirty napkins all over. None absolutely none of the electronics worked, Car smelled. That's how they failed the fun portion. Now as far as the safe aspect of the trip, the driver was so bad teenagers pointed out multiple traffic laws that he broke, not to mention the major in fraction, like making a U turn in the middle of traffic misjudged the turn and got stuck making the turn, on the street in the middle of traffic. For the cost of this limo, this is more of a ripoff then it's worth. Spoke with the office about it just to inform them of my experience. Didn't care at all! read more

Absolutely do not use this service! For our wedding day, the driver arrived with my entire side of the family 45 minutes late and they double charged my father (an extra $500!) My dad has been trying to get in contact with him to to reverse this charge and suddenly they have disappeared. Although they were very easy to contact when we were assigning them. Secondly and most dangerously, the driver was texting and driving on the way to the ceremony with several young children and babies in the car. Absolutely unprofessional. Mixed experience . Booked a limo on April 5 for a April 28 party . My credit card was charged on the same day I booked and I got a receipt . When I call today they say there is no booking and I was supposed to text them date and time of pick up . This is most ridiculous excuse I got . The date is on the receipt . Very unprofessional service and ridiculous amount of pressure put on you to rent the limo. I was texted multiple times while i was at work pestering me ,when i specifically stated I'd called after work to see if it was still available. Since he told me that a lot of people were interested in the limo. Which apparently one other client was coming after me to view it. They never showed it to other client! The owner straight up lied to me. After contacting him today he was extremly rude on the phone and that's when i had enough of this limo service. Expected arrival time was 10:30 am, chauffeur arrived at 11:27 am (57 min late). Empty water bottle on the floor of their 18 place hammer, filthy unclean limo, one tail light not working, and on a 97 F hot day, no AC working. The limo dropped my wife at the church, and doesn't request a replacement of limo until the wedding coordinator dismissed their defective limo. This is on my wedding day. 7 days later no apology. After multiple unsuccessful attempt to request a refund, only when calling from my daughter phone had one limo representative pick up the phone. And the answer" I don't know what happen, I will call you back after getting the incident report". No Apology, no humane common sense. This company is trash. I don't recommend it read more

Where do I begin?!! This is a limo service from hell and anyone considering their services please read this review in its entirety. If I could give zero stars I would! This "company" is highly unethical and extremely sketchy. I hired them for my wedding which I had to request multiple times before sending money to have them send me an agreed upon contract which they eventually did. Then the day before my wedding the company texts me to demand a 20% tip ahead of time or services wont be provided. Although I planned on tipping I like to tip based off of service provided so I reread the contract that actually STATES tip is not required only optional. When I mentioned this to the man who texted me and stated I planned on tipping after the service he responded saying that I had to send him 20% now or he would charge my card and not show up and how I "would not be able to find another limo service with this short of notice during prom season"(his exact words). At this point I requested to speak to a manager and I got no response. This being only now an hour before my rehearsal my sister took over and looked up the contact info of the company. When she called she mentioned the texts I had received and the man was unable to tell me who specifically texted me since all drivers use the same phone and that this business had all of their managers away at a meeting and would be gone for the next 4 days and therefore we could not speak with someone in charge. When my sister tried to explain the situation to the man all he said was that drivers normally get jipped and if we did not agree a head of time to tip 20% then the driver will not show up. The man agreed it was okay for us to tip after the service was provided and that he was aware that it is illegal to charge someones card without their permission and that this would not happen. Sadly this isnt even the worst part.... My sister got our drivers contact information and informed him to show up at 1030 ( 45 minutes before we had to leave) which was even 30 minutes later than the time agreed upon in the contract. This guy texts my sister at 1030 saying he is in traffic and is almost there ( we checked google maps- there was no traffic). 30 minutes later he texts saying he is now almost there again and is 5 minutes away. This man literally shows up at 1150!!! An hour and 20 minutes late! But wait.. there is more.. After he gets me and the bridal party to the church I stay in the limo while the girls go up to the church to get lined up. The driver proceeds to follow the bridesmaids into the church and starts taking pictures. They told him that this was making them uncomfortable and not allowed. He then left the girls and came to the limo and started taking pictures of me.. I told him I didnt feel comfortable and to please stop. he stated it was for marketing purposes and I said I did not feel comfortable with that. During our ceremony in a catholic church, this limo driver walks down the side aisle right by the bridesmaids and starts taking more pictures. Not only is this not okay by our church's photography policy but we already told him to stop. One of my bridesmaids had to walk away and tell him to leave which is when he tells her he is a part of the photography vendor we hired who ended up having to stop what they were doing to say how this was not true and escort him out. For some reason we still used the limo to get to the reception cause we were out of options and there again the limo driver joins our reception and starts taking photos of everyone saying he is the photographer for the wedding. It got to a point that the security at our wedding had to take him out which is when he stated he wanted the pictures for marketing purposes and my coordinator made him take out his phone and delete all the photos in front of her.... I swear I am not making this up... I wish there was a way for me to get my money back but I am pretty sure this place is not even a real company... DO NOT USE THEM! read more

This was the worst limo service I have ever had the misfortune to use. They started texting the bride of the wedding I was in two days before her wedding insisting that the limo driver must be tipped in advance and at a minimum tip of 20%. When she insisted she was not going to tip until after the services were provided, they implied that no driver would show up otherwise. I called their office and was informed no manager was in and would not be in until the following week (this is now a day before the wedding). I went back and forth on the phone with Nelson, whoever I spoke with, as he insisted his drivers were "the best limo drivers around" and "will be like family", and we should just take his word for it and tip in advance. Eventually they agreed to come and wait for their tip until after the services were provided. Nevermind that the contract the bride signed said tipping was optional. Well, our limo driver showed up 30 minutes late to bring the bride to the wedding. During the wedding, he came up to the front of the ceremony and started taking pictures of the bride and bridesmaids up close. We had to have the wedding coordinator watch him delete the photos from his phone. At the end of the night, he texted us "Thanks for the tip", which was less than 20%, after all that. So I would never use this company ever. Just a heads up. read more

My credit card got charge $1660 again after 3 months of paying for the service in full. I used them in May and paid in full, then my CC got charged again today. When I called they said that they were looking into it. Good thing I got a great bank that stopped the charge and will turn them in to the fraud department. read more

I booked a car well in advance for my son's Senior Prom and was pleasantly happy will the service that was provided. Ali( driver) was kind and very professional. My son and his date really enjoyed how kind he was! Will definitely use this service again! Keep up the great work! read more

UPDATE - Since I've been trying to get my $470 deposit back for weeks now I have to change my review. These people don't care about their customers and just make up story after story trying to delay refunding my deposit! Very unprofessional!! You can find better elsewhere! read more
