My mail has not been delivered on at least 14 days since June of this year. They have given me a…read morenumber of excuses with the most common one being that they don't have enough help. This is an ongoing issue with no resolution in sight. I am now being told that I have to come to the post office to get my packages. I was also told by my congressman's office that I should purchase a PO Box, which is an unacceptable solution and I told them as much. As a taxpayer, I have the right to receive my mail on a consistent and regular basis. I will not give up. I am continuing to voice my concerns until something is done. If I could give them a zero I would. They don't even deserve a rating of "1".
