Always very patient. The look of the location needs care. Area needs to be kept up, swept. Trash and debris on the outside. Counters, and floors need cleaning in the lobby. Cob webs everywhere. She clearly did not want to help, I asked for her help with some questions on the passport form and she rudely said to reread what was on the form, she provided no clarification at all. She also started raising her voice to the point where it seemed like she was screaming. Not only that but when it came to filling out her portion of the application she said and I quote "I don't want to do it but I have to" and she slammed the forms and pen when she handed them to me. This is unacceptable on her end.
