I've been mailing cards to my parents for over 35 years and the post office can no longer get the cards from Tyler to Mineola in a timely manner. This is a 29 mile trip and the cards either don't arrive, or take 4 or more days to get there. WTH?!? You keep raising prices while your service continues to deteriorate! YOU are what is wrong with the government and why you no longer have the trust of your patrons! You want more money for a job you don't even do anymore! read more

This Post Office put the wrong shipping label on my Christmas package that was supposed to go to Kansas City Missouri. I mailed the package (with food inside) on December 17,2024. The package arrive at my house on December 26, 2024. I took the the package back to the Broadway Post Office. The superviser dismissively said "they don't do refunds". I ended up paying another $11 to send the package by UPS. The local postal carrier where I live changes constantly, and mail is frequently delivered to wrong address. Trump should sell the USPS to Jeff Bezos since delivering Amazon packages is their main gig now. read more

Brian was super helpful! Kind, courteous service and only a had a very short wait. Thankful Brian told me I needed to send my passport application and old passport in via priority mail...I had no idea(it's all in the details). Beautiful facility too! read more

the carrier on our route constantly opens our mail before we get it. and puts our mail in other mail boxes on streets near us. she doesn't read the road signs at all. read more

Horrible post office. Self service machine is "not available " for packages and line moves like molasses. The USPS service "experience" is a disgrace to America at 99% is locations and this branch is no different. read more

They are always so friendly at this location. Mickey took care of us this time and made a simple trip to the post office very enjoyable.

The clerk was very friendly and helpful. She was knowledgeable about th services and offered a great selection of summer stamps. The other two clerks around her had the same nice attitude. I observed nothing of the poor attitudes described in other reviews. Usually, it's the people who start off with a bad attitude pass their problems and attitudes along to others. read more
