Zero low-value stamps for sale. The front door is busted and has apparently been broken for long enough that the customers and workers make jokes about it how long it's been broke to each other. Sketchy. read more

I've been mailing cards to my parents for over 35 years and the post office can no longer get the cards from Tyler to Mineola in a timely manner. This is a 29 mile trip and the cards either don't arrive, or take 4 or more days to get there. WTH?!? You keep raising prices while your service continues to deteriorate! The package arrive at my house on December 26, 2024. I took the the package back to the Broadway Post Office. The superviser dismissively said "they don't do refunds". I ended up paying another $11 to send the package by UPS. The local postal carrier where I live changes constantly, and mail is frequently delivered to wrong address. They are always so friendly at this location. Mickey took care of us this time and made a simple trip to the post office very enjoyable.

The clerk was very friendly and helpful. She was knowledgeable about th services and offered a great selection of summer stamps. The other two clerks around her had the same nice attitude. I observed nothing of the poor attitudes described in other reviews. Usually, it's the people who start off with a bad attitude pass their problems and attitudes along to others. read more
