I drove 110 miles to Tyler to my 910am appointment to be told by the representative and supervisor/manager that appointments are no longer needed at the SS Administration that you can just walk in to any location. They both graciously apologized to me. Thank you so much for your organization, team, and integrity regarding the policies at this location. I was able to get my name changed super fast.
