I was told that a package was delivered on the 6th of January. I never received it. The picture that was sent to me showing the package at my door, was not my front door. If I could give them ZERO stars I would! I had a package suppose to be delivered yesterday 3/2 and it was not. Tracking says "Delivery exception Incorrect address - Recipient moved". I have not moved. So called support and they were going to have them redeliver today 3/3. Saw the driver pull up, NEVER GOT OUT OF HIS TRUCK, and left without delivering my package. Called support again and dispatcher said he informed them it didn't look like there was anyone here. So again my tracking says "Delivery exception Incorrect address - Recipient moved". I asked her how he would know if there wasn't anyone here when he NEVER got out of the truck! Dispatch said he would be back later today to deliver my package and then support calls back and says it will be tomorrow and confirmed my ADDRESS AGAIN. This is RIDICULOUS. I haven't had any other issues getting my things shipped here from UPS or USPS. GET IT TOGETHER FEDEX! Time for some new drivers apparently. For years now I have avoided companies, whenever I can, that use FeDex as a shipping service. Sometimes, you don't have a choice since places like Walmart, make their own choice on how it's delivered after you order. Well, the ONE time my order came from FeDex, it's the time the delivery failed. It is amusing actually to see. It's a good chance that your delivery will not get to you when scheduled EVEN when its on its way. And their incompetence doesn't even allow them to properly label the delivery failure. They have something called "customer unavailable or business closed" label .. So they're saying the door is not available when they got here? The house had an invisible barrier from 100 feet where you cannot reach the door? Because when they do deliver, they still lay it by your door.... so the door is available at that time then? That invisible barrier is suddenly open? It's so pathetic and incompetent this company cannot even adjust the type of non delivery they have such as, unable to deliver (if they don't want to accept responsibility for not being able to properly time their drivers) or anything else other than blame the customer for non delivery. They have been doing this every since I can remember. The main company I used to order nearly weekly from was Overstock, and it seemed like FeDex is the only carrier they used so I stopped ordering from them years and years ago for this reason. Thank goodness we now have so many options for products just as good so many places, I don't have to feel too bad. Thanks to AMAZON and others.. So, whenever you want to chose a carrier, try to avoid this carrier like the plague. The incompetency I'm sure bleeds into anything else they do. Otherwise, it wouldn't be so systemic and consistent that EVEN after so many years, the exact same issue is happening ONLY when I use FeDex. A coincidence? I don't think so. read more

Fedex in Tyler, TX is terrible! I gave a rating of two because of delivery drivers. I have left notes on my front door asking the driver to please leave the package at the back door, but they just won't do it. They refuse to do it. As far as I'm concerned, they are lazy and care nothing about the customer. Use USPS. Their app even allows you to put driver instructions in asking them to leave the pkg at the back door and they always do. If I have the option to use USPS, that is who I will use. If I order something and the seller only uses FedEx, I will purchase it from another seller that will use USPS. Fedex is terrible. read more

You cannot get a local number to file a claim for damage to your yard caused by the local FedEx delivery driver. They drive with earbuds in their ears, which is dangerous. And, they disregard signs telling them to stay off of your driveway based on damage caused by their co-workers. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! read more

Wow they won't put 80 inches of tape on my box to ship out? " we don't have tape you have to tape it" says the girl at the counter. Now I get it tape costmoney but when your company spends $10k+ a month on shipping I think you can pony up $.03 in tape for a guy on the road that doesn't always have all the necessities in your car. I don't buy that you say you don't ha e tape I'm sure you have to retape boxes from time to time as they go through your facility. Why blantly lie to the customer. I ship on average 2 boxes good size boxes everyday myself and this is the second time I've heard this crap out of them. Thank Fedex what can Brown do for me? read more

These are probably the most disrespectful employees in all of Fed Ex. I talked to their customer Service 800 line, they were very helpful and courteous. Since the driver was to busy to go to the Leasing Office I missed getting my package by 5 minutes. When I called the 800 customer service they said they would try and get the package redelivered and if it couldn't be they would get it delivered Saturday. When I talked to the Tyler office they essentially told me that I needed to wait all day for fed ex and they wouldn't even try and deliver my package because they didn't think they could get it delivered before the office closed. Now they won't even attempt to deliver it until Monday and despite customer service saying they can take it to the office this office says they won't. This was a bad experience made into a nightmare by the rude manager at this location. If you can avoid working with them please do. read more

I usually do not have any problems with FedEx, but today they claimed to try to deliver a package two time and could not deliver it. I was home all day and at the time they said they tried. I found out the package contains my insulin and I'm concerned if the temperature rises for a length of time it may degrade the insulin. It' Friday evening and they won't try to deliver until Monday. read more

I scheduled a pick up for 25 boxes via fed-ex ground on January 30th. Today is February 8th and they still haven't been picked up. What happened to three day delivery? I spent more than an hour on the help line and click to chat last week and still no results. I was transferred multiple times and "accidentally" disconnected twice. I am about to try again with the help line but first let me take a few deep breaths. To say that their service to date sucks would be a very generous assessment. Sucking takes some effort. If you live in the Palestine, Texas area, do not expect good service from FedEx. the local carrier can not find addresses even with clear directions and large numbers on a post box in front of an address. In the past, at Christmas everyone in our area had to hunt for their packages in the ditches. Mine is rather deep and a package in the ditch had to be fished out. sorry FedEX, I have used you for many years while on the road with work it was great but prefer to not use you at the local location due to the quality of service to my home. read more

I purchased a gift for my Grandson online and paid for overnight shipping. I told him he would have it by Wednesday, so when he got home from school and it was not there he was disappointed but my Daughter-in-law told him it just hadn't arrived yet. He waited in vain the rest of the evening and could not understand why Poppie told him a story. The driver said the address was wrong we assured them it was correct and gave them directions to the new street that they live on. The street the driver was on when he reported the package undeliverable because he could not find the street was less than 100 yards form the street that my son lives on. I even ask them to give the driver my phone # and he could call me and I would give him directions. Save yourself aggravation and try UPS or The Post Office, or anybody but these uncaring, incompetent morons! read more
