My hometown post office lady wouldn't help me and was very short and annoyed with all the customers. I know this Covoid 19 is a crazy time, but still, you should be nice and helpful to one another. My friend said to try the Mabank post office. I did! Kyleen was my person and she was so patient with me, hearing what I was needing to do and helping me with each package and how to get it out to each student at the right time. She even picked out special postage for the boys and the girls!! Their entire staff was smiling and friendly, in spite of all the craziness on the world and being very busy. I quickly went to the post office hoping someone might still be there, it was approximately 10:30 am and my local post office does not have lobby hours on Saturday. I was able to get in touch with a clerk and he was able to check out my boxes to me. I am so grateful that he went beyond customer service to help me out. I was able to get my items to my classroom over the weekend thanks to him! Outstanding customer service.

Worst service EVER! Not only do they not know their job, they honestly don't care…read more My Valentine's Day card to a friend in Quinlan didn't make it after paying $2.17 for first-class mail. It's now at the Quinlan PO & they are demanding an extra $5.11 to deliver the card, saying Greenville screwed up on the pricing & that it should have been charged as a package. I had to go to the Greenville PO in person because after getting their direct number from the USPS service 1-800 number, they would not answer their phone. The Greenville PO flunky of an employee told me I needed to take up the matter with the Post master in Quinlan & I explained well that pretty much defeated the purpose of using USPS in the first place, if I have to drive to another town to collect my package I had already paid to have delivered. So I asked the FAT F for a refund, he didn't like my choice of words, so I told him this is AMERICA, we have free speech here, as I proceeded to pull out my phone to video this, which he immediately said I could not video in the PO, so I referred him to their poster 7. He then stated he had called the police. So I said fine I'll wait, but he still went in and hid in the back office, so I figured he's all talk and I left.

She clearly did not want to help, I asked for her help with some questions on the passport form and she rudely said to reread what was on the form, she provided no clarification at all. She also started raising her voice to the point where it seemed like she was screaming. Not only that but when it came to filling out her portion of the application she said and I quote "I don't want to do it but I have to" and she slammed the forms and pen when she handed them to me. This is unacceptable on her end.
