The menu ranged from breakfast biscuits, fried green tomatoes, avocado, toast, etc. so it was hard to determine what to eat, because it was a tossup between cheesecake pancakes and the Biscoff chicken and waffles. Guess who won! With the other combination of soup sandwiches desserts inside you can never go wrong here at milk and honey. This is definitely a land of Milk and Honey! We were seated and had a wonderful waitress. She was attentive and quick. My wife and I ordered the honey glazed biscuits for an appetizers they were warm and buttery. The jam was a nice addition. Tasted like apple sauce. For an entree I ordered the shrimp and grits along with a biscoff waffle. My wife ordered the honey old bay wings along with a side of Mac and cheese. The shrimp and grits were much bigger than I expected. They give a good size portion of sausage and shrimp and the grits were seasoned well. I enjoyed this meal. I also ordered the biscoff waffle. It was ok to me but full of biscoff for sure. I could do without the soft sauce/fudge that was placed on the waffle. I forgot to take a picture. It was cool but not for me. My wife enjoyed her wings and Mac and cheese. Overall I'd come back as I enjoyed my experience here even with a large party of 20. On a Saturday night this place was far from busy. The food came out fairly quick and was hot. The service was nice which I loved.

Forks, napkins, jelly, butter. I got a bagel which says it comes with cream cheese on the menu, I had to ask for the cream cheese and knife... & this has been several employees by the way. They all do it. Another time I got a biscuit with jelly. I had to ask 3 different questions thinking the server would get it. Can I have jelly...? received the jelly with no knife. Can I have a knife...? Received the knife with no napkins. Can I have napkins...? Any normal coffee shop gives you all of those things with a bag! They don't even give you bags! I spent $25 on a bagel, 1 medium chai latte, 1 medium caramel coffee, and a bacon egg and cheese sandwich, on top of that I had to ask for utensils and napkins. That was my last time going there. I go to a coffee shop to spend $7 max for a coffee and a treat, Pjs is not that place. They either think they're better quality than what they are or taking advantage of people. Either way I want no part of it anymore.

Two gentlemen greeted us warmly, explained what PJ's is, walked us through the menu, and made us feel genuinely excited to be there. One of them mentioned it was his first day, and he still did an amazing job. The other gentleman light-skinned, with curly hair and glasses was also very pleasant and professional. We both ordered the Southern Pecan latte. I ordered mine iced with almond milk, and it was absolutely delicious, smooth, flavorful, and honestly tasted even better iced. My sister ordered the hot version, which just wasn't her cup of tea, likely due to the difference in temperature and flavor profile. She politely asked if it could be remade as an iced drink. Unfortunately, this is where the experience shifted. The employee who assisted her, Brittany, was very unwelcoming and unpleasant. There was no acknowledgment or explanation, she simply told my sister to leave the drink on the counter. After waiting about 10 minutes, we noticed the remade drink had been sitting on the counter with no name called, no signal, and no attempt to get our attention, even though there were only four customers in the store. I was seated with a clear view of the counter and still received no indication that the drink was ready. That interaction left a bad taste in our mouths as we exited the establishment. Front-of-house staff truly set the tone, and unfortunately, her energy did not reflect the warmth shown by the rest of the team. Overall, the coffee quality, atmosphere, and service from the two gentlemen were great, and we would absolutely return for their positive energy and hospitality. For reference, my order was placed under the name "Love" if management would like to review the transaction. Everything was great besides that one interaction.

They also have pictures which is always helpful to decide what to order. I went for their dirty brown sugar coffee milk tea, large with Boba and it was really good. I also tried a Lychee green tea with popping mango Boba. Also really good. I do want to advise, the medium looks more like a small so definitely do a large for a good amount of drink. Also, if the drink states that it has Boba, no need to click the option for boba. That just means to add additional Boba. I had to ask. Service was really quick. That was a much different experience from other boba places I recently visited. I ended up ordering a type of boba that wasn't really my personal preference, and the drink was a little sweeter than I like, but that's completely on me and part of learning what I like. I'd definitely come back and refine my order now that I know more about the options. Overall, I'd recommend this place, especially for people who already enjoy boba or want to explore different drink combinations. Because this process is foreign to me, I asked the male cashier how to redeem my points. He then asked the manager who showed me how to redeem the points. After some back and forth, I was finally able to cash in on my points (9/2). My purchase left me with a balance of a little over 2100 points. Today (9/3) after a three mile walk, I decided to redeem 2000 of the points for Perrier water and this is where things go wrong. I clicked the redeem button and asked the cashier to scan the barcode on my phone. When he scanned it, it showed that I had a balance due. I explained to him that the water should be free according to the terms and conditions of the coupon. The cashier asked his female associate who had an unpleasant attitude for help. She simply kept saying I didn't have enough points to redeem the Perrier even though the coupon was in the redeemed file. We went back and forth and she ended the conversation by saying " I mean it's nothing I can do. These are computers. Sorry. " Her response was totally unacceptable. I asked her if the manager or owner was available and she replied "I am a manager. This whole transaction turned me off. I earned those points and deserved to use them. Instead, they were stolen by lazy incompetent employees. If they were new I'd understand, but they've been working at this store longer than I've been a customer. Something else I've experienced at this store is they don't like to honor posted 7-11 deals as through the money is coming out of their pocket. They had a BOGO deal on Snapple in July. One of the managers tried to convince me that I misunderstood the deal even though it clearly said BOGO. He removed the deal from his store and never replaced it. I will no longer patronize this location which sucks as it is only 3/10 of a mile from my home and the cleanest 7-11 that I've been to in PG County.
