Based on a referral, I called Patrick on a Saturday. He was friendly, straightforward and direct about the process. Amazingly, by Monday we had the Jeep picked up and they got it to Wisconsin by Thursday! We got to enjoy it for the whole trip. Cancellation fee $150 if you're not inform them 5 days before the reservation day which is understandable until you there is a PROBLEM. They scheduled a 3days window for pick up from Fri - Sun. Then 1 day before the pick up the gave me a 6HOURS window from 1PM - 6PM on Friday. The driver that texted me name Andy (this gentleman has ZERO idea whats called customer service) he's from the 3rd party company name ELITE SERVICE. He didnt let me change the it from Fri to Sat by texting "No, tomorrow only". Because of the company's policies so I'm okay with that but had to change the pick up destination to my wife's work place. On Friday I heard nothing back from the company eventhough it's 5h30pm. Texted Andy the driver, called him multiple times but there's no answers, not even a message. I had to messaged Reece the receptionist, tried to reach Rebecca the accoutant, John from DispacthTeam still no replies. 6h30pm none of the staffs answer my calls, texts or emails. At this point I just want to cancel my reservation but they took the whole payment already and not sure if there's gonna be a conpensation as the company didnt keep their reputation. My wife finished work at 7pm I told her to stay until 7h15 if the driver arrive. 7h30 when my wife on her way home, the driver called her said he 12mins away so she had to come back. The driver picked up our car is Michael not Andy who texted me in the first place. At 8pm Reece the receptionist emailed me said he couldnt get ahold from Andy and will keep me update ASAP. This showed how unprofessional the company is as I got my car delivered at 7h45 already but still they didnt know what's going on. Till the day my car is shipped to San Jose they still not send any updated email only if you email them first. I believe that as long as they got the money they're done with their part, everything else is the 3rd party fault. Big thanks to REECE as he's the only who took care of us eventhough it's 8pm I know he's not supposed to be working at that time. About USA AUTO TRANSPORT I would not recommend this company to anyone that need a transport service in the future, I hope anyone who's about to choose the company look at this review and have an idea about what might happen to you and how irresponsible the company is.
