Not a great experience…read more I called ahead and asked if I needed an appointment. The person on the phone told me they weren't busy and that I could just come in. When I arrived there was only one person waiting in the lobby, so I assumed it would be a quick wait. Instead, I sat there while a stylist finished with a client and walked out without acknowledging anyone in the lobby. The other person who had been waiting was taken back next, which made sense. But then another customer walked in and was taken immediately by a different stylist. Maybe he had an appointment, but it would have been helpful to know that before I drove down after being told to just come in. Then a pest control company came inside and started spraying behind the chairs and around the shop. The smell was strong and unpleasant. At that point I decided to leave before even getting my haircut. I drove to Floyd's across the street to since it didn't smell like pesticides and got my haircut there instead. Overall it just felt disorganized and not very welcoming, wont be back.

I did a color consultation to confirm the stylist could bring my hair back to the original copper tone I had gotten in April 2025 and booked less than a month later. I needed my hair done for graduation pictures and was nervous about having a different stylist complete my service this time. Thankfully, Tori was on time, patient, friendly, and confident she could get it right and she did! I absolutely love my hair and their prices are very affordable (I'll take a $100+ full color that lasts over a year compared to cheap box dye that probably wouldn't have lasted me six months).
