Airsoft is an amazing place to go visit. I would recommend to go there. It is very fun and there are many people that will help you if you need help and they guide you through the game so you know what you're doing next they give you answers to where everything is. Drove up from LA for Airsoftgi.com's BB Wars Costal Front event... what a great field, and incredible staff! They handled the large event with style and grace... the indoor and outdoor elements of this field make it quite different to places in I know to play in the LA area... having the option to move indoor and play true CQB or step outside and play the long game during the same game was really fun. My son and I liked it so much we stayed and extra day to play walk-on and explore more of the field. Love that this place exists. Love the people that work here. But for the love of all things, it needs to be staffed better. Every single time it's like one person operating the Airsoft side of the house which leaves no one to man the store. Even then, it's one person and there is always at least two to three people (families) wanting to ask questions and look at merch. All really good problems as a store. My son is 14 he went to play with his friends as he often does, while he was playing he shot a man fair and square my son lowered his gun and told the guy he was out. The man didn't like that and walked up to my son and shot him several times. There were 3 witnesses and my son spoke with and older man who worked there the guy said he would take care of it. I then called us air soft and spoke with the owner and asked him if they handled the man that shot my son and if he was welcomed back. The owner pretty much blew me off acted like it wasn't his problem. He said no one spoke to him I asked him to ask his employees and he basically said no. what kind of business is this guy running definitely not safe and Horrible customer service. I've been airsofting for about 15 years now. I grew up in So Cal and would frequent Tac-City, Hollywood sports, and more. There are a few things about US Airsoft that I find different from other fields. Not necessarily in a bad way, more so in just things that set it apart. Now, right off the bat, US Airsoft has quite a large field with great variety in both indoor/cqb and outdoor play styles. That's awesome. My question comes in regards to the pricing however, so, lets start with that. USairsoft charges $35 for a day pass (not inlcuding membership, but that's a separate thing), with the general operating hours being 9am-3pm on saturday/sunday (friday hours vary), with 10~minute breaks between rounds, and a 30ish minute break around the mid point. now, on par with this pricing is Hollywood sports, also costing $35 for general admission, however, Hollywood sports also features 12 fields that are incredibly detailed and unique. Now it's a bit unfair to argue that a field in Anderson, CA, Population around 10,000, with nearby city of Redding holding a population of 90,000~, could ever compete with the attendance, and thus revenue of Hollywood sports, a world famous Airsoft field in the middle of Los Angeles County of 10,000,000 people, but to soften the blow a bit, it would be pretty cool if they would adopt Tac City's way of doing things. Tac City is much smaller, but still located in Los Angeles County. The field is generally entirely indoors, though, last I was there, an additional outdoor area was being added, and costs $20 to play monday to friday (5pm-10pm) and with that admission, you get 1,000 quality BB's free. awesome. amazing freebee that everyone could use, and saves you a bit of money in the process, because BB costs add up. on the weekend this cost rises to $25, and no more free BB's, however if you come with a friend, it's $35 for two people, that's even cheaper than going on a weekday! My point is, any time my friend asks if I want to go to USairsoft, the distance of the drive on top of the cost of entry is a bit of a downer. Simply put, maybe if they just threw in some BB's too, it would be a nice gesture, as their cost for BB's is generally higher than anywhere you can buy them elsewhere/online, and you can't really argue that it's the convenience of getting it at the store, any other airsoft store I've been to has generally been consistent with the prices of their bb's in relation to online retailers. I don't dislike US airsoft. I really don't. My review is still standing at 4 stars, but to nitpick some things to make this place even better, I'd love offer an idea. US Airsoft is quite massive, and that's amazing. In regards to my last point, I'm certain that the price of admission has something to do with how large this place is, and I know land isn't that cheap, welcome to California. With all that space, adding a range would be absolutely FANTASTIC. Tac City had a range. it was small, and generally used for chrono, but since everyone was using CQB guns, it worked just fine. I've noticed you guys have started picking up sniper rifles lately, and selling them in the store. dedicating a bit of your land to a place where everyone can go and calibrate their guns would be much appreciated from everyone who plays there. I assure you, everyone will use it and love the fact that it's an option. Many times, I see players who go out on the field, and just hang back and take the game to dial in a gun. that's totally fine, I'm not against that or anything. it's all just a game anyway, but having a space dedicated to it would be quite nice, with targets at different distances to really allow people to find the accuracy they're looking for and make the game even more fun. Okay now this is a personal one. I very much enjoy the country we live in. I do. A lot. I'm not gonna knock the National Anthem, I only ask that you change the recording, and it's probably not for the reason you think. I'm all for it being played, but can you guys just change the version? anyone who uses the country's anthem as a pedestal to show off their vocal ability, I personally find, is quite disrespectful. Have you heard Billy Joel's version of it? it's fantastic, not embellished in any unnecessary way, straight forward, and respectful. he doesn't hold "for the land of the free" for a needlessly long time, he doesn't hold any note longer than it needs to be, he doesn't octave shift like LeAnne Rimes does in the version you guys use. This is a personal nitpick, but just spare our ears a bit so we can hear on the field better please, thank you (I do think LeAnne Rimes is a fantastic musician, again, it just comes down to over embellishing the National Anthem). Anyway, I enjoy the field and people there very much. I've yet to encounter anyone being unsporting, the people working there seem fine so far, and no real issues have ever come up. Unbelievable experience at US AIRSOFT!! We were here for a birthday party and they made our friends son feel so special!!! Their professionalism, engagement with their players, patriotism and support for veterans and law enforcement were top notch!!! I was more than pleasantly surprised with a National anthem and beautifully worded tribute to those who have served and serve in the beginning of our day! Safety was top priority and players were even given direction to apply that safety when at home. Their ability to create this realistic map, (truly a cool map!!!) and create team moral for whomever plays just blew my mind! This was our first experience at an airsoft course, my kids usually play at home on our property - we have seen others before but never played because my kids were too young... this will be a hard one to beat anywhere else! I recommend this place to anyone wanting an adrenaline rush, a great time with friends, a date day, a moment to let the kids get energy out - whatever it is I recommend it!!! The staff and the frequent players there were awesome! We also enjoyed the handsome Husky, Rebel, who made his rounds bringing smiles to all! No gear??? No problem!! They have it there to rent, AND their tact shop is badass (can I say that here??) lol 10/10 recommend!! My kids haven't stopped talking about their day! Tons of fun with friends, and overall a great time, however, I was very disappointed and angered by one of the staff members. I went to enjoy some airsoft with a friend of mine, and it was for a birthday event. There were 3 of us, and we signed up for a birthday party event. When we were getting rental gear, one of the staff members said "Only 3 people for a party? That's lame" It was incredibly rude, and I was offended for my friend. We didn't really know how to respond to that, and just got our gear and went to the barracks section. I think that is incredibly unacceptable. Throughout the day, we enjoyed airsoft, and the same staff member that was rude was a referee now. I asked him a question about airsoft, and the rules for the specific game before the match had started, and instead of answering the question, he looked at me and said "I don't know what do you think?" In the same rude tone. I was really confused as to why the staff member was so mean not only to my friend, but also to just to all players in general. I guess not many let themselves be bothered by it, but even if he was having a bad day, that doesn't give him to right to insult someone for no reason, just shut your mouth or something, insulting someone is completely uncalled for. Other than that, I enjoyed it, I liked how the airsoft games were ran, and had a lot of fun. I don't know if I will be returning, just because of the bad staff experience. The refs still did a decent job at calling stuff on the field, and the games were managed well, and the overall system was really good. Its nice to be able not only to rent gear, but also have the option to browse available guns in the front of the building. The size of the field is also very fun, and there is good variety to the field. I had a lot of fun, but I can't really let the fact slide that the staff member there was incredibly rude and offensive to my friend, and rude to beginners in the world of airsoft. read more

It's a lot of fun to have a for sure place to play and have fun. Some of the people are friendly and the staff is very nice. My only complaint is that the referees do NOT get serious when it's required. The field is pretty big and only had two refs. They were very cool but after you're on the field they do very little to make sure people are playing safely. There's no reason teenagers should feel comfortable shooting people as much they can from 2 feet away. I'm have no complaints about getting over shot because it happens. BUT it's different when it's blatant disrespect for members of the other team. To top it off I was there for one day and got two magazines taken, even when asked no one fessed up. It sucks. All in all it's a fun place to play but watch your gear like a hawk and be prepared to play with disrespectful kids. I'm sure I'll play here again but for the most part I'd rather play with people I can trust not to try and injure people or take things they know aren't theirs. read more

Bought a gun there on 1/03/2020, staff was funny and friendly. Created friendly conversation to keep away from awkward silence. You also get a free game with gun purchase. I wish they were more strict on certain rules, but they are getting there with adding more restrictions to certain guns, mostly polarstars. Overall had a great experience each time I went there. Very fun for kids who want to shoot stuff just like in their favorite video games. read more

The grand opening was a blast. The store has everything you want and more. Check in was a breeze and the staging area for you to lay down your gear has over 100 individual benches and chairs with electrical power to each one. They even had ...a snack bar with drinks and food for lunch. The arena consists of two warehouses, the "bio lab" and "the hive". Inside each warehouse is like its own city. The two warehouses are connected by an open yard with obstacles, making transitions between the two warehouses challenging. There are windows you can jump through, crawlspace to slide under and intense kill zones. The crazy part is the whole arena is only 1/3 open! Frank, the owner, has ambitions to open up the side field and the rear field with pill boxes, obstacles, stationary vehicles, and even a bridge! I Can't wait for the "saving private Ryan" hold the bridge at all cost scenario. One of the cool things the owner did after the day was over, he asked players to join him to walk the arena and tell him how he can improve the site and make it even better for the players. I'll be looking forward to all the new tweaks after our walk through. Another cool thing is the scanning technology they use with your game card. The membership for a game card is only $25 a year and it tracks your stats! Your wins, losses and responds are all logged. To see where you stand, you can check online or scan your card at a station in the staging area putting your stats on a giant TV for all to see. After so many points you can rank-up and win free day passes plus get your new ranking patch. The team I played on ended up winning a game patch on Saturday that I proudly wear on my vest now. All and all, a TON OF FUN! I'm looking forward to playing out there a lot more. read more
