I'm not sure what the expectation was when one opens and/or works for a towing service, but the staff seemed nothing short of annoyed that they were called out to tow my car. I don't know, maybe they were having a bad day - maybe they too got a blown tire on the way to pick up their children from daycare, and then found out at that moment that the car didn't have a spare tire. Maybe they just don't like towing. If it wasn't for my roadside assistance I would have canceled the tow and called someone else. The operator on the phone complained about the size of the parking lot my car needed to be towed from, never introduced himself and once he did get there, he was just generally in a bad mood. This place was horrible!!! For one, Donald (the owner) couldn't even get the truck loaded on the flat bed correctly!! He lowered the end of the bed over the exhaust pipe, so when he went to pull, the exhaust manifold snapped as well as his tow strap!! He said, well it doesn't matter the truck is totaled anyway! He then refused to take the truck he was towing, to the owners house, which was 9 houses down from the accident, so his other employee that was there loading the other vehicle involved in the accident, said switch me trucks and he would take it to the house. Literally 9 houses away!! Then the tow charge was $260!!! They drove a total of 4.5 miles from start to finish!!! read more

They always give a fair price, and always have a nice turn around time for repairs. It's always nice walking in and seeing what Star Wars or Star Trek movie they're playing that day in the lobby. I took my car in to get an oil change and tire rotation. They inspected my vehicle brakes and noticed there was nearly metal to metal contact on the front rotors and pads. They went and looked up the records to see that I was under their 36000 mile warranty and replaced them for free. I didn't even know they were under warranty. The best service around! read more

I brought my Jeep in for over $800 worth of repairs and an air filter was included in the quote I was given. I later noticed that "air filter" was not mentioned in the list on the receipt I got from US 23 Auto so I called them. They admitted to me that I did ask for the air filter to be changed and so they asked me to bring it back. I brought it back and they replaced it (it was VERY dirty) and then they had the nerve to charge me an additional $20 for it! They have NO honor whatsoever! It was their mistake and plus I had to drive back there again! I don't recommend this auto repair shop! read more

Got my car towed because alternator belt was broken. They did a pretty okay job fixing the issue, however when I got my car back the windshield had a crack in it that was not there before due to me just replacing it two weeks ago. They are unwilling to work with me to fix the issue. read more

Had car towed and they found it to be a transmission issue, which they would not work on. Had to arrange to be towed elsewhere. Very poor communication. Told them multiple times to contact me about status and then to arrange the 2nd tow. I had to call them, each time. Then still charged full price for both tows, despite my very clear frustration at their lack of communication. took them 4-5 days to tell me they wont work on it to the point of getting it towed to another shop. Would not recommend. Tow truck driver was very nice, I will give them that. read more

If I could rate less than one star I would. Had my car towed here because of issues with the battery draining. The only thing they checked however was the battery. Low and behold a few days after I get my car back the same problems occur. I called them and told them I was having the same issues and all they said was that I should take it into a dealership. Tow driver and service were great. Auto repair left a lot to be desired. Shop had my car for 10 days, and there were multiple delays, set backs, and miscommunications. I got my vehicle back with new cosmetic damage, and the battery light was still coming on. Will not recommend or use this shop again!! read more

I am giving two stars because the tow driver was wonderful, informative, and quick to respond after I called AAA about my trucks dead battery. It was towed into their business at 11am. At 330pm, I received a call from Don and agreed to the battery. However I had also told the tow guy go ahead with a new battery. Don said it would be done in about an hour and he would call. I went up in an hour and it wasn't done but I paid the cost of nearly $200. I was met at counter by Don the owner. However I would never know he was owner as he was impolite and curt and rude. I explained I had just buried my husband and now my vehicle isn't working. No comment from this guy. I had to pick it up the following morning because they were not finished putting in a battery after having it all day. The next morning I went into the location. No one in the lobby so I said "hello? Anyone here?". Don was in the back office which I couldn't see from the lobby, and he yelled, very rudely, " I KNOW YOU ARE HERE SINCE I HEARD YOU COME IN!!! GIVE ME A MINUTE! " Not very professional, not very customer oriented and I will NEVER be back. I will use Creek Auto instead!! read more
