If you rely on prescriptions this is not the place to go as the practice is irresponsible and quite frankly dangerous.

You will be contacted when they can appoint with you." 8/31/23 No call yet 8/23/23 I asked for a new prescription to go back on anti depressants because ThedaCare wouldn't give me an anti-aniexty med without signed agreement & radom drug tests (that I may have to pay for). 8/31/23 One week later feeling suicidally depressed I called ThedaCare behavioral health Neenah and told them I started on an anti-depressant and I'm much wose a week later. She didn't ask my name. Said they couldn't assist me if I'm not a patient of theirs (I actually did see them and few months ago and am on a waiting list for ThedaCare behavioral health therapy. Said I would have to call the doctor who prescribed it. I hung up. I AMB REFERRAL TO BEHAVIORAL HEALTH (TC Address: 1095 MIDWAY RD MENASHA WI 54952) This time the did call a few days after my appt & left a message saying I was on a waiting list for therapy. No other calls yet one week later

My counselor helped me bring myself back from the depths of my bipolar depression. When I first walked through those doors, I didn't know what to expect. What I received, was beyond what I believed real counseling could do for me, and what I could do for myself. I came from the pits of my own despair, and today I truly believe in myself and my ability to handle life on life's terms, and be ok with that. My counselor truly believed in me, and coached me to believe in myself. I was a bit sad on the day I finally discharged, but it was a great feeling to have pulled through so much! Katy Jones was specifically referred to be used by Waupaca county court/GAL, Robin Koch. My grievance was internally investigated by their patient rights specialist Kathren Dupar Skelly (spelling???) It was all founded by her investigation. Kathren almost immediately left or was let go along with what seemed as anyone who showed a sliver of empathy. Also almost immediately the company changed names and Katy Jones was promoted to clients. rights specialist. These people have no intentions on putting your mental health or your children's best interest first by any means. Would never recommend using any one of the companies that are or were affiliated with Sherman counseling and if forced by the court to use them record every minute of it because what actually is said and what they "note" in the records are two separate things

But worse than that is how rude the staff is and how difficult it is to try to get in for an appointment. They gave me the run around for over a month trying to get my daughter in for much needed treatment. They didn't return phone calls and changed providers and canceled appointments on us without notice. They need to get their act together. All I want is help for my daughter and this is how they treat people.
