Overall in office service is ok, but if you need prescriptions good luck. This place is severely understaffed and completely unorganized. If you need prescriptions allow at least 10 days and plan on several phone calls as they won't put refills on your chart at appointments even when requested each time. If you rely on prescriptions this is not the place to go as the practice is irresponsible and quite frankly dangerous. read more

5/19/2023 Went to see ThedaCare Behavioral Health Walk in clinc "A referral has been put in for you to see an ongoing counselor at our Midway Road in Menasha Clinic. You will be contacted when they can appoint with you." 8/31/23 No call yet 8/23/23 I asked for a new prescription to go back on anti depressants because ThedaCare wouldn't give me an anti-aniexty med without signed agreement & radom drug tests (that I may have to pay for). 8/31/23 One week later feeling suicidally depressed I called ThedaCare behavioral health Neenah and told them I started on an anti-depressant and I'm much wose a week later. She didn't ask my name. Said they couldn't assist me if I'm not a patient of theirs (I actually did see them and few months ago and am on a waiting list for ThedaCare behavioral health therapy. Said I would have to call the doctor who prescribed it. I hung up. Thedacare is the worst. Admin makes ridiculous rules showing they only care about $$'s. My daughter is struggling with depression and has talked about self-harm, and asked that I find someone for her to talk to. I called behavioral health to make an appointment for her. The woman on the phone said they could not see her without a referral from a primary physician. I explained that my daughter's physician left Thedacare a while ago and she doesn't have one now. I was then told I would have to find one and make an appointment for her first, and they were booked out. So essentially, I would have to pay $300 and my daughter wait 2 months to see an MD who would then say, "yeah, i will refer to you a behavioural health specialist"??? Wow, thanks Thedacare for actually caring about the wellbeing of a girl needing help now. read more

I had a wonderful Dr. for at least a year who joined Theda care. I followed to keep him. Their in patient and outpatient treatment is good don't get me wrong. But you better hope your disorder does not affect your memory. Or you get the boot from a Dr you have seen for five years and trusted because you can't keep your appointments straight between your memory and what you write down. Good people but they overcharge. My dad has Alzheimer's (sp) and was supposed to be covered by Medicare. I guess the hosp is faking accounts and over charging. ThedaCare Behavioral Health offers a wide variety of services at their Midway Rd location. They have AODA services, counseling services, an outpatient treatment program, psychiatrists, neuromedicine, and group therapy/workshops. Their outpatient day treatment program is fantastic. It combines CBT, group therapy, music therapy, and occupational therapy into an amazing 6 week program. The counselors are respectful, professional, relatable, and genuine. The psychiatrists are very difficult to get into see but that is the trend throughout the Fox Cities due to the shortage of psychiatrists and the increase in demand for behavioral health services. read more
