Established in 2015.

I am Julie Davids; my husband John and I operate Senior Stride Home Care. We are in the home care business because he experienced firsthand the heartache of a loved one needing care and the hardships that these circumstances brought to our loved ones. Had my Grandpa Ray received care in his home, he may have avoided a fall that led to a long and painful hospital recovery followed by spending the rest of his life in a nursing home at an out-of-pocket annual cost of nearly $100,000. At 90, my Grandpa survived more than 48 hours of pain, hunger, and isolation on his basement floor. Unfortunately, Grandpa was not able to overcome his atrophied leg muscles that confined him to a wheelchair and rendered him unable to properly care for himself in his own beloved home anymore. At Senior Stride Home Care our philosophy values the person over the task, ensuring that seniors maintain their dignity, autonomy, and sense of self while aging gracefully in the familiarity of their cherished homes.
