Very unprofessional Caregivers not properly trained. Phone calls go unanswered & voicemails don't get returned. If you are lucky enough to get alive person to answer they tell you they will call you back and never do. Caregivers often no show & calls aren't answered or returned. No process in place to make sure the caregiver actually shows up. Very unprofessional & can't be trusted. read more
