Warning about Richard Porier!! The clinical staff is very…read moreprofessional and kind. I have always had great care until I decided to switch my PCP and saw Dr Richard Porier. He comes off very caring, a bit too touchy, stroking my hand, but does not make sure he gets accurate information before providing care. Cannot handle anyone with a more complex medical history, and without all the facts, quickly makes judgements. Without reviewing the facts.I fear for those who continue to see him. I found another Dr who is very competent and was appalled by things he wrote in my medical record. Thankfully she saw and immediately knew how wrong he was. Find a new Dr and if you currently see him, fire him, you deserve experienced medical care, not a dangerous physician, treating incorrectly, writing completely wrong and unfounded medical diagnosis's and playing a game with your health.

My husband went to Dr Choudhury for a yearly physical exam. It was his first visit with this Dr…read more due to his other doctor left Aurora. We scheduled the visit as a wellness visit and he also fasted as always for his yearly physical. Instead of coding it his yearly physical, she coded it as a Meet your Doctor visit. This in turn got denied by insurance. We tried to fight this but the Dr. office would not update to wellness exam. So now we had to pay 457 for this visit. We will never go back to this office as they would not even work with us. Terrible customer service throughout this whole situation.

Also, not offering more private disposal of products that I have had issues with more than once there was irritating. Having to bring that up twice for an alternative option to get rid of said products shows a lack of keeping track of customer concerns and insight on privacy. I will be going elsewhere if I even decide to try this again. I recommend going to a different location for a more organized and responsive staff.
