Everyone we spoke with was great as well but Terry was thoughtful, honest, thorough and willing to work with us, everything you would want in a car buying experience you name it. Left with a new car and couldn't be happier! Would highly recommend Echo Park to anyone.

Paid 500 Credit Card Deposit and informed Echo Park I would drive from Charlotte to pick up. OMG - please worst experience in my 50 years of buying cars. Even though I had bought car online - declined all extras I was told that they MUST tell me about all options just in case I didn't understand. Presented me with a price of 33K. After much arguing they finally relented and presented with - a price. which was 700 above - after again back and forth, presented me with another price which did not match my purchases price after again backhand forth and a threat to walk away finally the manager got involved. I presented them with approval from Bank of America for car loan and went to bank to get cashiers check to be told I might as well go out to lunch because it would be a long time before they could finalize the deal because they had just agreed to price. Like WTF - I signed and left my deposit on website. so here we are hour 3 into this debacle. only for me to arrive with check and wait - you got it another 1 hour until someone actually gets back. Now I and my daughter sign tons of papers. Great - then we wait, you got it another hour and I am told we are all set. As I am walking out the door I am told there is a security violation and now I must present my Social Security Card - I'm like dude - I live in Charlotte, here is my REAL-ID from NC that proves who I am. no go. I say forget it give me back my 80% downpayment and screw you. No apology, no thank you , no sincerity nothing, All these guys care about is stuffing extra feeds down your throat. A waste of literally 12 hours.. Avoid like the plague.

Brian is the real deal and I'd gladly recommend him to all my friends/family. Here's my story:…read more I recently acquired a (very) rare car that holds tremendous sentimental value to me. The BMW E39 5 series never came equipped with BMW's "cinnamon" interior- only European examples received it. Well, I somehow got my hands on a 2003 525iT wagon that had this exclusive "BMW Individual" Cinnamon interior- possibly the only one in the country. I currently have a 2000 528iT in alpine white that I'm rebuilding from the ground up and this was my ideal interior to swap in. Though it was rare, it was also very beat up (15yrs and 195k miles would do that). The front seat had the most wear. As you can see in the photos (check Google reviews for the photos unless), the front thigh bolster had some huge rips in it and the black threading (which looks fantastic against the cinnamon interior) was wearing/getting dirty. In addition, there was massive wear in the side bolsters. Also, the driver's side door panel was very worn. I was concerned this wasn't salvageable and that I was back to square one with my build. This is where Brian came in. When he saw my seat, he laid out what he could do and what he couldn't. Every good salesperson understands the importance of managing expectations. Brian did just did- but managed to exceed what I thought could be done to restore these super old seat. My seat looks like new, has that "new leather feel," and the door card looks just like it came out of the factory back in 2003! Special note on the door panel- Brian noticed the special black stitching and didn't just spray over it carelessly. Wanting to keep the original look and protect its exclusivity, he took the time to hand paint it with extreme attention to detail and it shows! It looks perfect. I'm extremely excited to install all the new interior into my car and drive one of my "dream builds." It's all thanks to Brian that I get to experience it "how it was" back in its former days of glory. If you're in the Triangle and looking for leather/vinyl restoration, give Brian a call. He won't disappoint.

Corey was right on time, delivered a tremendous service, also on time, and took the time to show me some of the problem areas he was able to resolve, which quite frankly I didn't think anyone would be able to fix. I'll be hiring them again in the early spring.

Multiple other customers reported similar problems with Washnwerk. Here's what happened: I brought my car in for a window tint and picked it up to find damage on the rear driver's side of my vehicle -- white paint transfer and my light blue paint scraped off. When I discovered the damage, the manager, Garrett, acknowledged it looked like a white car had hit my car and verbally agreed to cover the cost of the repair. My partner witnessed this interaction including Garrett saying "We'll cover the cost of the damage because I don't want you to leave here feeling like we screwed you over." I did not file a police report that day because I trusted his word. I included a photo of my car that I took immediately upon discovering the damage. Upon sending him the quote for the damage, he claimed his employees denied causing the damage and that his ring camera footage showed nothing happened to my car. But that footage was conveniently deleted before anyone could review it. He also denied ever promising to pay for the damage. Because I trusted his initial commitment and didn't file a police report right away, I lost the opportunity to have law enforcement review that footage; law enforcement said they would have confiscated the footage the day the damage was discovered if I had filed a police report. I inspected my car for bird droppings the day before dropping it off at Washnwerk and a witness can confirm they didn't see the damage before it was left in their care. I am now stuck with a $1,000 deductible on a property damage claim for damage I am certain occurred at this business. I looked over the reviews left for Washnwerk on Google and found 6 other reviews describing damage to customers' vehicles such as exterior damage and new stains in the interior. In every instance, the customer reports that the damage was never remediated or at least doesn't mention any remediation. Washnwerk commented on one of these reviews claiming they wanted to make it right, but the customer didn't update their review to confirm any remediation had happened. One reviewer reported the exact same experience as me -- an initial offer to pay, later retracted. There are screenshots of these reviews below. I'd hate for this to happen to anyone else. Please choose a detailing company that stands behind their work and takes responsibility when something goes wrong. If you've had a similar experience and haven't shared it yet, please do share.
