She asked me to do her job by calling to verify my insurance coverage after she was unable to verify the insurance on her system. I've never been spoken to so poorly by any service provider of any kind. She was, obviously, having a bad day and decided to take it out on me. Go here if you'd like, but, hopefully, you'll catch the Office Manager/ Part Owner in a better mood and she'll treat you like a paying customer and serve you well. This is the first negative review that I've ever written about a business...it was that bad.

My son has a strong aversion to shots, and the doctor told us this was a painful shot given in the rump. He should not have discussed that in front of my son - it only built more fear and anxiety. When the nurse came in to give it, she was very short with us and yet again told how painful the shot was going to be. Of course, my son was not wanting to cooperate then for fear. The nurse got mad at my son and said she was not going to fight a "half-grown man" to give a shot. This infuriated me - my child is on the small side, not a half-grown man! Plus, things could have gone much differently if the doctor and nurse hadn't discussed everything in front of him, and the nurse approached things much differently. I would think most people know that you have to handle children differently from adults!

I think there was some contract confusion with my insurance company (Aetna Student Health) and of course, the insurance offered NO HELP (as well as being inconsistent on what the situation actually was) and attempted to make me pay in full. The great folks at MainStreet (and Rurual Urgent Care, their parent company?) were incredibly helpful, got me in touch with the right people, explained the situation, and found a way to resolve the confusion without making me pay. I'm from out of town, so while I can't become a repeat customer, I HIGHLY recommend these folks for your medical needs. It's clear that they care about their patients at all stages of the process, from the staff and doctor all the way to their administration.

I was easily able to enter all of my information until it got to the part where you choose a time to see a physician and that's where the machine would freeze. I took videos of this because I was showing my wife to see if she thought I was doing something wrong. I then click the button talk to a live person and gave my phone number and no one ever called back. But I did receive a text message saying that I could login to the patient portal and when trying to log in to the patient portal, it asked me to use my phone number as a verification, and it said there was no record of me. I've got a screenshot of that too. So after driving there with something in my eye, I had to leave and go somewhere else. Giant waste of my time. This happened on 11/20/2025 between 6:10-6:25. I tried it over and over and could not get it to work.

My total visit may have been 45 minutes. The staff was friendly as soon as I walked in the door and not to mention the nurse and doctor were very caring-they LISTENED and really wanted to help instead of nickel and dime you. They were knowledgeable and explained everything to you very well including recommendations of treatment, etc. They have a very nice facility that is newer and conveniently located next to WalGreens pharmacy. I will definitely come back here as needed for urgent care issues when I don't have time to see my regular primary care physician.

Blake is wonderful and Doctor Cooke was my favorite doctor I've ever had. I loved them so much. Since Dr. Cooke doesn't come in anymore the women in the office, especially the child at the front desk are out of control. I moved an hour away and continued to drive all the way there just for Blake and Dr Cooke. I hate that the "mean girls"employed there ruined a wonderful relationship I had with my doctors for so long. It's sad they chose to pick on a sick disabled woman AGAIN today. The last five times I've been seen there I left in tears. Is that the kind of office you want to go to? Me either.
