However we update all our information each time we go, but they still can't seem to send you anything if you owe a balance after the insurance finishes their process. You will not find out until they have turned it over to credit and collection. Can we say someone in the billing office is slacking on their job?! We went to the clinic 4 different times over the last several months and had great experiences each time. We were told by our insurance that that the clinic was in network. Well, turns out, only one specific doctor is in network and our papers were filed under nurse practitioners; therefore, insurance says we went out of network and didn't cover the same. We called to see if there was a possibility of filing the claim under the doctors name and the lady in billing was of zero help. I can honestly say she was the rudest person I've ever spoken to on the phone. We will NOT be returning to this clinic even if it means traveling to Cullman to be treated. read more

I went on a Tuesday night around 7pm. It was my first time here. The staff (receptionist and nurse) were very courteous. Dr. McDonald diagnosed me with possible appendicitis and referred me to the emergency room. I was refunded my copay. I went to the emergency room, admitted into the hospital, and had an appendectomy the next morning. Thank you so very much for your help! read more

They are so slow. Over 2 hrs and haven't even called back 3 people yet. Are they taking naps or something. Jasper needs a AFM clinic. I could have called my regular Dr and been squeezed in quicker than this place. I will say they are very nice when you get to the back which goes a long ways. read more

Update. About 4 years ago these clowns diagnosed me with advanced arthritis in my shoulder, referred me to a specialist in Jasper, AL even informing me I would need injections, prescribing me some heavy duty anti inflammatories. I don't have arthritis, never did. Took care of the upper back pain with 2 $50 massages. My friend went to the Sumiton AL location also complaining about upper back neck issues. They told her too she had arthritis, same pitch, it's a scam read more

On April the 26th I took my wife to after hours in jasper because she had been scratched by a cat on her left leg a nurse who never said she was a nurse practitioner seen my wife and checked her out my wife's blood pressure was through the roof and never once said anything about how high the blood pressure was so then proceeded to wash the scratch and put triple antibiotic creme on it and sent her home with a prescription of 800 mg Tylenol for pain after my wife had restated to her her leg below the knee was throbbing badly and very very blood red they insisted everything was ok we left and decided to take her by a fire station and let a paramedic look at the leg where he could clearly see that there was infection in the leg and by her blood pressure and temperature she needed to be at a hospital and sent her by ambulance where we found out she had a bad infection in her leg and it had gotten into her bloodstream within a 12 hour period of the actual scratch and was admitted into icu for a couple days while very strong antibiotics were administered she spent 8 days in the hospital and then came home where she had to have home health care come and administer 7 more days of antibiotics into a central line in her arm I decided to call the clinic to let them know of the situation where they put me on the phone with the nurse practitioner that seen her that night and all she could say was she was treated adequately there for the condition I was simply calling to tell them of the mistake and that if we had followed there instructions I would most likely be planning a funeral so I absolutely and whole heartily do not recommend after hours clinics in jasper or Sumiton Alabama for any treatment read more

Literally the only positive experience I had was the sweet office worker. I was there the day before and it was an ok experience, however the doctor misdiagnosed me so I had to come back the next day.The nurse that pulled me into a different room to take my weight, BP, etc was so rude! I was diagnosed with a ENT doc that when I'm tested for strep I will test negative, if they take a culture to test for strep it will show positive. When I explained it to the nurse she acted like I was lying and just ignored me. When I finally saw the doctor that I saw just the night before, he gave me a very simple exam didn't listen to me about my strep when I clearly have a outbreak all over both tonsils and he even looked in my mouth. I asked " did you see my tonsils?" And he didn't reply. He ordered the nurse to give me a shot and told me to continue an antibiotic he prescribed to me the day before.. after I looked the medication up on WebMD the medication states it's not recommended to use for strep.... will NOT be going back. read more

This used to be a decent urgent care facility. Visited on may 26,2017 with a sick child. Staff was all too eager to get money for my copay. That was the last thing that was done in a fast efficient manner. We sat a watched an listened for over an hour as the six or seven staff discussed where they were getting dinner from. Obviously they can't multitask because they did zero work during this time. I strongly recommend going somewhere else for medical care. The new owners of the facility need to close it down and turn it into a parking lot. read more
