My 8 year old daughter was so upset over how dr andrea spoke to her great granny that she begged me not to take her back and told everyone she spoke to that day about the incident. For a child to pick up on the disrespect speaks to the level because 8 year Olds don't fully comprehend social cues.When asking around about the Dr 4 other people told me she had a nasty attitude.I wouldn't recommend for kids or elderly because DR Andrea Sims doesn't have respect for either.

I wish I could give zero stars. This is my third, AND FINAL, time at this clinic. He is rude,…read morearrogant and sarcastic. Zero bedside manner. His staff is nice, though. He refused to call in a different medicine for my eye after me informing him that my insurance did not cover it. He wanted me to come back in and pay another copay. He is greedy and hateful. His next suggestion was for me to go to another clinic. He is very much insufferable and arrogant. You would be better off going to a gas station to get glasses and urgent care to get treated for eye issues. Stay away.
