We came in to get my wife a new pair of perscription sunglasses as well as a normal pair of glasses. They were pretty busy the entire time, probably due to people trying to use their yearly insurance premiums up before the clock struck and time ran out. The staff were very nice and courteous the entire time. They even took a moment and fixed my sunglasses which were sitting unevenly. The store is a little small, so you may have to look through their catalog or online to find the exact color or style you want. They ship it to you and it arrives fairly quickly, so as long as you don't need your glasses that day, you can get some good deals. read more

I have had the same pair of glasses for almost 6 years now, and my eyes have progressed well beyond that prescription. With my current insurance and eye doctor, I would have to shell out about $600 for a new pair resulting in me not letting go of my current pair. I saw this place while dining in the Pizitz one weekend and thought it was just a sunglasses store. Then last weekend, my fellow Yelp elite, Alex N., wanted to look for glasses after our Sunday brunch. We came by, and there were several nice pairs from many different brands. The associates were so friendly (especially for people who have to work a weekend!) and seemed to really care that their customers got frames that fit them properly. Many of the frames were only $95, so not outrageous at all. Alex ended up choosing a really cute clear pair. I will definitely be back here to get glasses after my next eye appointment. read more

I purchased glasses a few years ago. I love these glasses. I now have a new prescription and wanted to get new lenses. For convenience I went to several other national chains for lenses. None of them could replace them due to the design of the glasses. Convenience failed so I went directly to Warby Parker. They informed me that they had retired the glasses and will not replace the lenses. I was not looking for anything for free. I intended to pay for the lenses. But they refused. They also refused to direct me to somewhere who could replace the lenses. Their solution for not helping me with a product I purchased from them is for me to buy another product from them. Why should I buy anything from a company that I know from experience does not offer support for their own products? Warby Parker has some great glasses. I wish I could buy from them again. But I will not repeat the situation I'm in. The "We won't help you but we will sell to you" is a horrible customer service model. read more

Know that the procedures may extended your wait just a bit, but I GREATLY appreciate the effort to reduce showroom capacity and sanitize all the frames from the previous customers. Even though I am not a millennial, I still shop here and you should too! I'm surprised more people in town haven't heard of or use them. Do yourself a favor and get your eye exam anywhere you want, take your prescription, and head to these folks for glasses OR contacts. While you can't get your eyes checked at Warby Parker, they more than make up for that once you're in store. The prices can't be beat, the service is great, and if there's ever any issues they take care of you. Doesn't hurt that the company as a whole is also trying to do some good in the world. read more

When I got my glasses the progressive lenses were to close to the bottom of the frame and the young lady that I talked to was more than adamant that they were correct. She asked me if I have ever wore progressive lenses before. How dismissive can you be. So I guess I'll go back to Costco and use these as back up glasses. Worst service ever! read more

Having been a client of WP for over 3 years now, it's so nice to finally have a brick and mortar in the city. The location is perfect, although parking can be a bit of a hassle. The staff here are wonderful, kind, and genuine wants to help you find that perfect pair of frame. Although WP's home try on services are great, it's nice to have a physical store to come into and try on more than just five pair to find that perfect fit for you. They have a huge selection of frames to choose from and you can also bring in your WP frames to have re-adjusted. A much need space that has finally been filled. read more
