They say they do not have the medications then refuse to transfer e-filed scripts. After speaking to the pharmacists at English plaza about this situation they informed me that they would do whatever was necessary to make sure our patients got their meds they needed post op. I personally am required to use CVS mail order for meds, but choose to pay out of pocket to fill here instead. Dealing with them is like heaven compared to these chains that you can't even get to answer the phone.
