Blake is wonderful and Doctor Cooke was my favorite doctor I've ever had. I loved them so much. Since Dr. Cooke doesn't come in anymore the women in the office, especially the child at the front desk are out of control. I moved an hour away and continued to drive all the way there just for Blake and Dr Cooke. I hate that the "mean girls"employed there ruined a wonderful relationship I had with my doctors for so long. It's sad they chose to pick on a sick disabled woman AGAIN today. The last five times I've been seen there I left in tears. Is that the kind of office you want to go to? Me either.

It turns out that they do not make appointments - they only take walkins. That would have been nice to know so I could have been waiting at their door when they opened! Maybe next time, leave a note on the messaging service, please! The staff themselves were nice and despite the almost 2 hour wait, I felt like they weren't in a huge rush and took the time with each person and made sure to answer any questions and diagnose what was going on and genuinely seemed to care about their clientele. Online registration for covid testing was fast and easy. I was contacted almost immediately by a…read morenurse and then shortly after by the doctor regarding the next steps in the covid testing phase. I will say there was total disconnect once I arrived at the site for testing . I received calls from two different phone numbers during the process , so when I arrived I called the original phone number I had been contacted on by the staff. I called and called and called. No answer! Finally , I decided to call back a random number from a missed call ( which I usually never do) and it was the Trussville location giving me instructions to complete my covid test. Once I got into the building, the nurse was nice and informative. The covid test was fast and didn't hurt. I was in and out in no time. They called me within a few hours with my negative testing results. I will say that the questions I answered online at testing registration were asked to me again by phone. Maybe that's a formality but seemed a bit redundant. Overall , this was a good experience with no serious issues. I recommend Medhelp if you need covid testing done.
