When we walked in we were greeted by a girl named Cynthia who was working behind the desk. She was so kind and comforting to me and my Dad. She quickly helped me get us both singed in and was very professional and really cared about us. Our wait time was also good, we only had to wait a brief time to get called. The Dr that cared for us, Justin was very knowledgeable and friendly also. He took his time with us and really assessed us throughly. I want everyone to know the level of care here is superior. Thank you Cynthia for really caring and for making our visit to Urgent Care go so smoothy...you went above and beyond!

I ate the cake, took my medicine and as I walked off there was an elderly volunteer talking on her personal call who started loudly stating she knew thwre was a cake on that coffee table that she had planned on getting and some people were greedy, always stealing stuff. As a visitor, I assumed that the thinfs on the comlimentary table were for visitors. Volunteers ahould not be so hatwful to guests.​

I wish I could give zero stars. This is my third, AND FINAL, time at this clinic. He is rude,…read morearrogant and sarcastic. Zero bedside manner. His staff is nice, though. He refused to call in a different medicine for my eye after me informing him that my insurance did not cover it. He wanted me to come back in and pay another copay. He is greedy and hateful. His next suggestion was for me to go to another clinic. He is very much insufferable and arrogant. You would be better off going to a gas station to get glasses and urgent care to get treated for eye issues. Stay away.

My overall view of the facility is a 2/5. It's your typical Medicaid and State funded facility, so…read moreas expected, it's never top of the line. Upon walking in, the smell was pretty bad. There are also 3-4 tenants per room. On the plus side, all workers were very nice and treated all of their patients in a loving and respectful way. In terms of staff, I don't think you can get much better.
