We credit her KSR dog walker, Stefania, with bringing her out of her shell and teaching her to love walks. Stefania got Minnie to enjoy the outdoors and walks when we hadn't been able to. Stefania is amazing, a true dog--whisperer--and our pups love her dearly. We get a report after every walk, with pictures. I have an odd schedule so don't need walks every day and I was worried that would be a problem, but it hasn't been at all. Scheduling is very easy with KSR's website, and I can log in at any time and check it. Communicating with KSR is also extremely easy on their website -- I can message my dog walker or the KSR office. Payment is automatic every two weeks or so. Very convenient. We have also had KSR do petting sitting for us in our home, and that worked out great. This really is the perfect pet care company. Highly, highly recommend. 10/10!!

She is also very understanding and accommodating when I need him walked longer (30 minutes) or at a different time of day. In order to not be charged for a cancelled visit, you need to provide at least 24 hours notice, which is sometimes impossible because, hey, life happens. I understand they have a schedule to work around, but I wish there were 1 or 2 "freebies" for cancelling with less than 24 hours notice (or at least only charge half for 12 hours notice). That being said, I know my dog is in great hands while I am at work, which is extremely comforting. I would recommend Wagabout to anyone who is looking for a dog walker in Bethesda or surrounding areas!

Although she was not in until later in the day, Dr. Sartain fit me in and told me what I did not want to hear, but did it well and with compassion. Much of the afternoon was spent in my sunlit warm car with Finn on my lap, as he was made comfortable. I was grateful Dr. Reidelbach did arrive, as we have been through 3 other losses in the same years. She went above and beyond, but that is what I have grown to respect ..attunement to the situation, solid knowledge base, compassion, empathy. Simply bending to the situation that presents with the goal of the best outcome for all the focus. She delivered. The day will always be remembered with sadness as Finn was my heart, but she understood this, which will envelop the memory with the golden hue the sun delivered through the skylight on us all.

She has a great way of working with the dogs. All of her employees are also very friendly and were great handling our dogs. If you are looking for a place that actually cares for your dog, watches them, and gives them interaction this is the place. The set up for the dogs is perfect, as it is in a house with a large fenced in back yard. The dogs can be separated, if needed, by gates and crates. I was amazed at how quiet the dogs were and how well the workers knew each dog personally. This is a great place! Not only is she a professional but a truly lovely person. She has helped me coax Sadie to do her rehab exercises while on her daily walk. This has been so successful, she does not need hip replacement surgery. She has the code to my garage and I have never had any issues. I trust her completely. She has also been very gracious about accomodating me when I needed extra walks or had to ask for specific times for walks because I had contractors in the house or needed the dogs out of the house when prospective buyers came for last minute showings. I will be moving to Northern Virginia sometime this year and wish that I could take Jenny and Sean with me. We will all miss them!
