I challenge any woman to come here and NOT find something! I used to frequent a $$$ boutique in Los Gatos (P*rim Boutique) but now I go to Urban Girl instead. More reasonably priced. Love this store always end up buying something! I came in last month and forgot to do my review. This store has a great selection of tshirts. Beats Tj maxx any day. I can always find my size, small, and ample selection. These tees are the ones with the billowy sleeves (dolman style ?) Service people are always so friendly. I need to go again when I'm not so rushed on time. Lots of cute jewelry, dresses too. My sister lives nearby so I pop in while I'm visiting her or getting my hair done at Rage Salon. read more

I fell in love with this little boutique! You will find jewelries, clothes, accessories, scarves and many more items that are unique and hand made, and all for really reasonable price. Great place to look for a gift. When I got the necklace and earring set, they put in a cute little wrapping bag with a ribbon. I was thinking if I get a gift here, I don't need to wrap it myself! Pretty awesome small, flirty, fun and feminine boutique in Campbell that reminds me my favorites ones in South Park hood in San Diego. I stumbled upon this boutique while browsing the Campbell farmers market that takes place on Sundays. The selection of dresses on display outside the store caught my attention, so could not resist:). I like the mirrored counter and how the jewelry is displayed (although I have to confess that I am more into the clothing, very unique dresses, than the accessories that look less refined). It is a small store but that is what you should expect from a boutique: a Pandora box of cute surprises. Definitively the place to find many of those. read more

Great fun-jewelry at pretty awesome prices. The owner makes sone of the jewelry herself. The girl working there was cheerful and sweet and I had a great time browsing for my sister's gift. Bought a necklace n earrings set for my sister (posted a picture on here.. it's a necklace with different color clear crystals)! Then I bought some cheaper stuff for myself. I discover this store 1 or 2 months ago. My daughter(teenager) and I keep coming again and again. 1) store owner is very nice/wonderful to customers 2) store carry very cute clothings 3) store's clothings' prices are pretty good. They carry pretty skirt to whole summer dress. Since I discover this 2 months ago. I have not seen their winter clothing collections. 4) they also carry necklaces set. I have not have time to look in detail. Every time, my daughter and I go to this cute shop(boutique), we usually discover some outfit(clothes) to buy. This is one of my favorite boutiques! It is so incredibly affordable and has the prettiest dresses. The sale rack outside the store has yet to fail me. I have bought 3 dresses so far all of which were $30 or less. Their clothes are colorful and full of beautiful prints and for females of all sizes. It makes me so happy to find my size (Large) as many boutiques often do not have sizes and clothes for curvy women. The employees I've been greated by are incredibly sweet and genuinely want to offer help. It makes shopping at this cute little easier. I'll definitely be coming back to check their merchandise because their dresses are one of a kind and reasonably priced. read more

Cheap clothes, low prices awful return policy. 7 days return and They do not return de money. They give you store credit. They never mentioned the 7 days. When you bring a return, they show you a pink printed paper with policy placed behind the counter. Nobody is going to see it there. Cool little shop downtown Campbell. They often have displays outside, which in my opinion, helps draw in the customers. they have jewelry and some other accessories too, such as bags and scarves. I did encounter that most of their skirts/dressed are one size fits all. something to think about... The staff is very friendly, responsive and helpful. read more

I got a gift from a good friend from here and I loved it, so I decided to go there to buy a gift for someone else. I am SO glad I went! I found a shirt and necklace and earrings for about 50.00 and they were all gorgeous. My sister-in-law was thrilled with her gift. The owner was super friendly and wrapped everything for me for free. I have been going to this lovely store for a while now. Last year I bought two beautiful kimonos that I wear all the time. When I wanted to get something special for my sister, Kirsten helped me so much. She modeled the items and helped me decide on matching earrings. I will always return when I am walking Campbell Avenue with my husband and there is a sitting area outside for him to enjoy people watching. The store always has the most recent trends and their clothes fit many shapes, not just those who are size one. I am happy to have such a fun store in Downtown Campbell. read more

I went by the store on Friday, during the First Fridays Cycle Mania event and saw a couple of things I liked, but we were on our way out so I didn't go in. Pass by this place for some maternity dresses. Got maxi dress for $21 and some tanks for 6.5. Jewellery are awesome and reasonable price. Can't really find boutique these days with reasonable price anymore. If you are looking for some colorful dresses then should stop by and check it out. read more

I love this store! Finally made it in today and I am coming straight back on pay day. Locally owned and operated and all the jewelry is handmade and the prices are extremely reasonable. Walked out with a gorgeous metal wire and bead cuff bracelet and earrings for $13 total ($7 and $5). Plus the clothes are adorable :) read more

Urban girl is one of the BEST boutiques in the area. The owner, Kathy, and all of her staff have always been beyond helpful and very friendly. The selection is great, they have a variety of sizes and something for everyone! The prices are awesome and completely affordable. I have always like Urban Girl but this time I purchased a cute silk top for a party that was in 3 weeks. Well before I left the door to the party the hem had unraveled. I took the top back. The Owner was in the back room in a meeting and the young Sales Clerk tried to help me. To my surprise the Owner told her the store would NOT give me store credit, a replacement or my money back because I did not return the top within 7 days. REALLY who wears new clothes they purchase within 7 days NOT a Shopper. I am really disappointed in the treatment I received not even meeting me halfway. I went to Downtown Campbell on Saturday (June 11th) just to walk around with my fiancee and the store caught my eye. It was one of the displays outside. We walked in and I was greeted by Leah. She was excellent! Very friendly, polite, and always smiling. i ended buying a couple things. I loved the experience she gave me that I ended up going back the next day on Sunday to buy more items (not that I needed them). This shop is truly a gem. Cathy and David, the owners, are both such gracious people. Their customer service is beyond anything I've even seen. I had a problem with a purse I bought there (a part had fallen off), and David did not have anything to replace it with - and he really tried. He actually gave me a gift to make up for the fact that he couldn't do anything about the purse. I've never had anyone do such a thing for me. The first time that I went into the store, Cathy assisted me, giving some suggestions of things I could do to update myself (I'm older and updating was needed!). This is my favorite store to come find one of a kind hand made jewelry for my girlfriend. She always loves it because no one else has it, and the prices are very good too!
