Long review: upon your initial appointment you will have a consultation to discuss any health issues, pressure preferences etc. After you will have some time to get on the table and relax w the biomat before the massage begins. Jessica will work with your schedule if you need out quicker but I'd recommend rescheduling if you're short on time, it's worth it! Also, the website has a lot of good guidance around your appointment like timing, considerations and parking passes (I suggest reading this information, it will help you understand Jessica's methods and if this massage is right for you.) I also emailed Jessica beforehand to ensure she was familiar w an issue I was having.
