I got a massage and body scrub and I will be going back very soon! They were very professional and make you feel comfortable and relaxed. A body scrub: what to expect- I had never had a body scrub until yesterday. You get full nude (because you are going to get wet up to your neck) and lay on a table underneath this really cool shower thingy. You cover up with a soft sheet, and the person rubs you down with a body scrub and it feels amazing! Then she puts on this soft cream soap stuff and then washes you off with the fancy shower thing.

I was originally only going to get a massage, but after seeing a few rave reviews, I added on the 30 minute scrub as well. I'm so glad I did! My skin feels so soft and clean, and lying on a massage bed under a shower was a fun and unique experience. Don't skip out on this service. They structure it so the massage is first and the scrub is last, but I think it should actually be flipped. The spa is located in a shopping center right next to Aloy Aloy, so it can be easy to overlook. Good parking. The reception area isn't anything too special. Lots of reviews praised the cleanliness here, but I admit that I felt a little nervous since the chairs in the front looked a little worn out and stained. But once I went to the back, everything was just as clean and relaxing as other reviewers have reported.

I was able to call ahead and confirm that I had a woman to massage me, and they were very professional and told me the times that she would be able to take me in, so I could come at that time. I did a two parter--one part was a foot massage and one part was the body massage. I liked how I got to put my feet in a warm water while she did a small scalp massage. I didn't know how badly I needed it until she actually did it. It was also nice to get my feet in some warm water before getting the massage. The body massage was also fantastic. My favorite part is that she does stretching. I really enjoyed this because she was able to get me in a stretch in different ways that helped the muscles, as well as massaging them. I added hot stones and essential oils to my massage, and I feel like it leveled it up. I've had massages at much fancier places, and I think this was on par with them! I would much rather come here instead of driving all the way down to one of those places, and with Cassie, I don't have to make the drive. They are very clean and very professional, I couldn't ask for more.

After searching on yelp I came across Massage Life and thought I would give them a try. . I figured I'd start with a 30 minute body massage to try to relieve my headache somewhat. I'm so glad I did! Pros: greeted warmly when I walked In the door, got take back quickly with no appointment necessary, facility is clean and quiet, everything was spot on! I was able to book an immediate appointment, with just the amount of time it took me to drive from…read moremy house to ML, and I was in. As far as I could see/tell, there was the only single person, younger woman, working the afternoon. She was friendly and slight in stature, I was actually a bit worried about the massage I would be getting because of her size. I opted for a 90minute massage, 1 hour body, and 30 minutes foot, which I desperately needed. I needn't have worried about her strength, this woman was STRONG, so strong that I actually found my self wincing in pain from the massage. I finally had to tell her to go a little softer, which she immediately did, but then the phone rang. Interruption # 1. She quickly took care of the phone call and got back to the massage, but the phone rang again, interruption #2. Again she was quick about the call, but then when she returned, I think she forgot I asked her to go softer, because she was back at massaging with brute force, as if I were a football player needing the most intense massage after a game. Interruption # 3 came in the form of someone coming in the front door, I needed to adjust my body, so I didn't mind this one. Each time she stepped away, she was back quickly and immediately started where she left off, I have to admit, I was getting perturbed at the interruptions and told myself if another one happened, I was going to get up and get dressed and just leave. Sure enough, interruption #4, again the door. I thought about somehow voicing my displeasure about the interruptions, but I felt like I was close to the hour mark and let it go. There were 2 more interruptions, totaling 6 interruptions, and there was no adjustment to my time on the table, so I am guessing between the 6 interruptions, I was out at least 6 -7 minutes, but I chalk it up to a learning lesson. I will say, she did a fantastic job on my skull, I think she could have massaged my head for an entire 30 minutes and I wouldn't have minded at all. The foot massage was not what I was expecting either. There was no soaking my feet in hot water for a few minutes like I have experienced at pretty much every other place I have gone for a foot/body massage. She did a decent job on my feet, but I definitely felt my feet got the short end of the deal. Would I go back? Would I recommend? I do not think I will go back, and I will say if you want a really deep strong massage, this is a good place for that, but it's not for me.

I came across this place after leaving from another massage appointment HIGHLY disappointed. Yes,…read moreyou read that right - I literally booked two massages in one day. I was so dissatisfied with my massage at different place that I needed an immediate backup! This Foot Relax place saved the day. Plus I had also been looking for a foot spa replacement since the guy I normally used at the location closest to me had left. I find that I get best results when I have a male therapist. Now on to the details. The customer service was great as I previously stated I had a last minute request and they were able to accommodate. I called ahead of time to see if they had availability in which they did and told me I could come right over. While in en route I thought I'd schedule a session for my husband and son since they seemed to have openings and my son had been wanting to try a massage for quite some time. Good would be his first, so I thought it was a good prelude. I had the combo special which consists of 30 minutes on your feet, neck, shoulders and head (if you want it), and 30 minutes on your back. My husband and son got the 30 minutes foot massage only. My masseuse was Kelvin whom I greatly appreciated. He made sure the applied pressure was great & focused on the communicated tension areas as well. Overall, not bad for the buck. I will say don't expect bells & whistles here although they do not seem to compromise on cleanliness. They switched out towels and blankets between use, the foot soak contains a liner in the tub that is removed, and liners for the massage room area as well. Also the products they use are not high end retail either, but they get the job done. My only suggestion would be that if you're going in a group do schedule ahead of time for if you want to be accommodated at the same time. Like I said I called in last minute then added two people, so they had to wait about 20-30 minutes to be serviced. Other than that I'll definitely go back.
