We also went through pics and discussed the side effects if any appeared to happen. This appointment was very helpful to me to have better understanding of what I need to know. Any way, before i go to see Dr. Paul, I heard a lot about how painful lip injections can be, but, My best friend had her filler done by Dr. Paul and told me That she hasn't felt any thing as the Dr. was very professional. The therapist who looked after me was lovely and chatty and I got the impression she knew what she was doing. An enzyme peel was applied to my skin, followed by the dermabrasion which is like a small hoover that hoovers up all the dead skin revealing a more youthful and glowing layer of skin. At least that's the idea. After the 'hoover', a soothing mask was applied and some SPF. I was really happy with my treatment and I will return for their special offer of 3 for 150Euro soon.

At my consultation everything about the treatment was explained in full and all of my concerns where answered regarding the type of lasers they use (medical grade which are the best) and the results I could expect from having a full course of treatments. I then had a patch test with the nurse which was part of the consultation and free of charge What I also really liked about the staff at this clinic is that they are not pushy sales people at all they're all so friendly and helpful and seem to really care about their clients. So I booked in the following week had the option of paying per single treatment or for a course. I opted for the course because you then get 50% off which worked out an amazing price. I'm finished my course of treatments now and it is the best thing I have ever done. Shaving my legs wouldn't ever enter my head now because there's actually no hair to shave...happy days! I also tend to get musculoskeletal related injuries quite often with hyper-extendible joints, so I've been to many massage therapists in my life and have found this place to be one of the best in terms of helping with injury/ pain. There are a number of different types of massage such as Sports injury massage, Swedish, Deep Tissue as well as others like reflexology, trigger point release and one for pregnancy. In terms of beauty, Amanda is the beauty therapist here and I've had a facial, a peel and waxing a few times. She uses the Surgictouch skincare line which I had never seen before, but it's an Italian line that focuses on the more medical side of skin care with things like alpha hydroxy acid and a lot of products that focus on anti-aging and rejuvenation. Amanda is very friendly and her facials are quite good. I felt that I saw a real difference after the skin peel. Waxing, manicures, Shellac nails and a slimming Endermologie lipomassage treatment are also available. Both Dell and Amanda are very knowledgable with lots of experience and provide great advice. In terms of nails, it's another girl Sue who does them and I got Shellac which was very poorly done. It was probably the worst Shellac I have ever gotten in that she didn't even file let alone buff my nails. She got polish on my skin and the edges and at the nail bed were also very messy. I complained afterwards and they gave me a €10 voucher for the €30 horrendous job (refused to fix them), which was not exactly to my satisfaction at all. The range of colours was very limited and overall I would not recommend getting Shellac here. Price wise, it's the same as any other salon really. Facials are around €70+, Shellac is €30 and massages are €60-70. Overall: Great massages and facials, terrible for Shellac. Also, it seems like they were just her nail polish that she had laying around--random brands that had all been partly used and all the same section of colours (red, pink, purple). In the coupon it says that "The Himalayan Pedicure is a step above your regular express pedicure and helps prevent nail problems, removes dead cells, and is topped off with a layer of moisturising cream and a brief foot massage." but I'm not sure what they did to prevent nail problems, remove dead cells, and I didn't get moisturizing cream. However, brief is a very apt description of the foot massage. You can feel the awkwardness between the owner (I assume) and her employee/intern, so I did not feel relaxed either.
