If patience is a virtue, you'll reach sainthood waiting for your car here. They'll promise "a quick…read morefix," then hold your car hostage long enough for you to question your life choices -- and when you finally get it back, you'll notice the bumper now has its own independent spirit, bravely refusing to align with the rest of the car. What's truly impressive, though, is their pricing magic trick: somehow, the total ends up being about twice what you were told, and yet the quality manages to be half of what you expected. It's almost artistic how little pride they take in their work. If you enjoy paying premium rates for subpar craftsmanship and long naps in the waiting room, this is absolutely your place

"I worked hard for those reviews."…read more That's what Vinny said when he asked how I found him. After someone hit my parked car and destroyed the bumper, I looked for a local body shop, and Liberty Auto Body had the best reviews by a mile. After taking my car to them, I can confirm what every other reviewer has said. Not only does my bumper look better than when I first got it, they threw in a complimentary cleaning and detailing for the whole car and fixed a few minor things unrelated to the bumper at no charge. They did all this just to make sure the customer was happy - and because they're good people who care about their neighbors. I'll absolutely be coming back to Vinny and will steer all my friends to Liberty Auto Body in the future.

This is my third visit to Ken's Automotive…read more I brought my car back to Ken's for an oil change and made a separate appointment for brakes. I was shocked by the price of an oil change (it was higher than Jiffy Lube and Midas) but the price for brakes was less than what I have paid in the past at other auto shops. I'm still in sticker shock of the oil change but the upside is that I'm a 5K mile change instead of a 3K mile change due to the limited driving (car is 11 years old with 93K miles). I have an appointment to replace my car brakes which barely based the annual inspection so at the time of this review, my car is with the shop awaiting for repairs.
