All of the stylists at Triple Crown are friendly, the salon is always clean, and it's a fun environment. You can tell the stylists really enjoy each other and their clients and they take pride in their work. I have a ton of hair: thick, course, and wavy. I have always struggled with stylists going straight for the thinning shears and hacking away. Not Meg. She always takes time to listen and collaborate, evaluates the need, executes a flawless color, and finishes with an amazing dry cut. No thinning shears needed! She adds so much depth, dimension, and texture to my hair every visit. Meg is also a master of the blend! I love that I can go 3-4 months between visits and the grow out is beautiful. She is fun and engaging and truly knows her stuff. I'd highly recommend this salon and Meg, but from what I've seen, all of the stylists here do excellent work. Their Instagram is also a great source for inspiration and proof of the stunning work they do!

Guests can often request one thing when what they want is actually something else, because we don't know the technical part of hairdressing. Alicia is so good at navigating the guest's confusion and understanding exactly what it is that the customer really wants. Even better, she makes it happen. You know how you bring pictures and spend a while explaining how you want your hair done only to have it turn out something completely different? Alicia won't do that. If you sit in her chair, the hair you wanted will be on your head by the time she's done. The only thing is that the salon is no longer an Aveda salon and I love the whole Aveda experience, but having Alicia as my hair stylist compensates for it. Not only is Alicia a great hairstylist, she is also such a warm, caring, graceful person. I always enjoy the time I spend chatting with her while I get my hair done. If you are in need of a stylist, do NOT hesitate to go to her. You will not be disappointed. I took my mom to her for haircut, and she said it was her favorite haircut in 10 years. Yeah. :D
