Instead, the Lewisville location is freezing, lacks basic hospitality (it's "pour your own coffee" here), and the overall image of the space doesn't reflect the cost. It is baffling to try and figure out what that extra money is paying for. I value Kaitlyn immensely, but the value of the salon experience no longer matches the price tag.
