Instead, the Lewisville location is freezing, lacks basic hospitality (it's "pour your own coffee" here), and the overall image of the space doesn't reflect the cost. It is baffling to try and figure out what that extra money is paying for. I value Kaitlyn immensely, but the value of the salon experience no longer matches the price tag. I have been to so many places and Haru Salon is the only one for me. I can trust them to do an outstanding job and leave me filling with confidence. I'll walk you through the process. First they don you with two capes and another item for your neck. Is it cold? They have a closet that warms up your jacket. Second they wash and massage your hair and your back in a massage chair. Next they cut your hair to your liking and walk you through the process - they will tell you what looks good and why. With the amount of meticulous care I've seen them take compared to anyone else blows me out the water.
