The stylist had his hair at brow length. I asked her to trim the front slightly and she even confirmed, "Like half an inch?" I said yes, maybe even less. Just enough to give it room to grow. Instead, she hacked inches off the top, completely ignored his cowlick (which any competent stylist would work with), and destroyed the shape of the cut. The front is butchered. The sides are uneven. The blend is nonexistent. It looks nothing like the photo. We walked out and immediately went elsewhere to see if someone can salvage it without shaving his head. What makes this even worse? Two other stylists stood nearby, one literally on his phone, and not one person stepped in to help or correct. The lack of professionalism was insane. This wasn't a "miscommunication." This was not listening. This was careless. This was amateur. Absolutely the worst haircut experience we've ever had.

I was charged $70…read moreincluding tip (I was being nice) She cut my hair at a 1 after she was done she asked me if I liked it and I was hesitant so I asked my partner to come take a look, I usually get it at .5 and I asked if she could and she said that if I did it that low I'd look bald (though I always get it faded into a .5 ) but I didn't press it because it seems like she didn't have experience in an undercut. At the end I was charged for the " THE TEN YEAR" which is $54+ And includes a full-service haircut and style, Cleansing shampoo and conditioning treatment, Rejuvenating steamed towel treatment and back of neck razor shave. I received nothing but the cut, not to mention she was 30 minutes late to my scheduled appointment. I went back in after seeing the charges (I was in full convo and distracted by the bar tender) and was told I can't get a refund until the next day when the manager is back, I called the next day and they gave me an excuse that the manager is out on vacation, I never received a refund for my overpayment and I will never go back again.

A very positive bubble talkative woman who knows how to take care of a customer. Now I am very simple, Military Flattop (USCG) and a very close shave leaving the goatee alone. Shannon knocked the head out of the park perfect height and form. Shave was great. She did trim the Goatee a lil more than I like. I know the style is short and tight but I like it a lil longer so it fills out better. It still looks nice and it will grow back. I got compliments at Shark Bar that night so I am happy. As for the service in total, I give it 4 out of 5. the reason for only 4 is that I thought it was a lil pricey. I am coming from D.C. & NYC where I could get similar service for $60.00 +tip. I thought in TX things would be cheaper. But on the other hand in DC and NYC I did not have a very friendly pretty blonde woman pampering me very well. Will I go back? O yes.
