This experience made me feel like the associate could have put the item on hold but didn't want to. I understand it was the last one in stock but I assured the associate I would buy it that day. It's just really upsetting since I wasted my time and gas just to come to this store.

My first impression was that I was walking in one of the Magical Hallmark movies and I found this shop. I explored every inch in the shop since I am fond of unique kitchen supplies, gadgets and utensils. I found them all in this shop.. They have lovely and stunning ornaments too. The shop was very organized.The staff were so sweet, welcoming and friendly. I wish I could spend longer time there. The Hen's Kitchen Shoppe is a hidden gem in Clairmont .I will be back very soon.

Jerry was great at explaining everything and he had a mic on so everyone could hear. We were able to watch the pillow cutting too and got to enjoy some warm samples which was heavenly! Once it was finished we were able to mold/shape our own candy canes which was so cool! They gave us a bag too to take it home in so that was nice. We stood in line once the demo was concluded and got our goodies. I went with all the cashiers recommendations and was not disappointed. Got some pink lemonade sour rings, candy blocks, milk chocolate gummy bears and the oh so delicious peanut butter milk chocolate squares. Those were sooooo good! Taste better than a Reese's cup! The nice lady trying to help out the young woman said it was for ornaments, and she wasn't buying any and could see that the young lady was, so she just didn't want the coupon to go to waste. This location has always been problematic with the older guy who works there and/or owns the place being rude to both customers and employees alike, but we will be driving the extra distance to Hallmark in San Dimas from here on. There were lots of price stickers over the top of the original Hallmark ornament MSRP stickers today which is fishy as hell.
