I went in to sell some of my clothes I had outgrown. While there I saw a few items that looked like my style. I ended up grabbing about 25 items to try on in the fitting room. I've lost 65 pounds so sizes are a mystery to me, but the girls at the fitting room were so kind and friendly! The manager worked with me for a price adjustment on an item, as well. They were pretty busy with buys and you could tell they were pretty overwhelmed but everyone was still friendly and never made anyone feel like an annoyance. Great I was in dire need of new jeans. When jeans have holes that aren't there for the style, then they need to go. Doing some digging, I found this place. With so many stars and good reviews, it was worth a shot. Soon as I walked in I was greeted by Sarah who took me on a tour of the jeans section. Didn't think it was possible but I was instantly drawn to these comfy, well worn boyfriend jeans--holes not included. For $25, it was a steal! It's Big, clean, and refreshing compared to the other resale shops in town. Shop owner and sales clerks are very helpful. They cater to college gals and guys and so far, this is the best resale collection I've found in the Springfield area. They buy unblemished items and provide very fair price/value from a consumer's point of view. Clinically, I'm a bargain addict. I coveted three pairs of shoes and two dresses immediately, thinking I can't afford them all so I'll return in the morning to get the ones I can't live without! Went looking for jeans because mine no longer fit, so I knew I would need a few. Didn't want to break the bank and its hard to find brand new jeans that fit the way I like for cheap. I love this place! The staff is very helpful finding anything specific that you're looking for or putting your items in a dressing room for you. Honestly I love this store. This is the better plato's closet. No shade lol! If you sell they take more adult brands like jcrew, bananas republic, Ann Taylor and loft. The pricing is fair and in the summer they sometimes offer cold water and will hold your clothes in a fitting room. It also always smells nice. The racks in the middle are a little tight, but everything else is great and they have good sales from time to time. read more

Some of the MOST helpful employees. They help you find merchandise that fits your needs. I have some interesting and difficult body proportions that makes clothing shopping often difficult and they helped me find exactly what fit my body and more importantly made me feel beautiful. This is a great option for nice resale clothing. They even have a decent men's section! This store *does not* have that typical used clothing/thrift store smell, which is great. It's clean!
