I'll post a follow up on his company once the car arrives. For now, Derek was top notch, very very accommodating to all of my questions as well as sending pictures. He's very knowledgeable but what struck me the most - he went OUT of his way numerous times to help me out. I'm in NC and he's in MA. Rather nerve racking buying a car I've never seen but he had exactly what I wanted in this car. All boxes were checked. What did he do that was extraordinary? First off, the car was running a little sluggish and he chg'd the coil and injector and sent videos along the process. Then before sending it to a shop for a pre-purchase inspection he not only filled the AC unit but he chg'd the system from R-12 to R-134. This was all on his own initiative. Now you tell me, how many people would ever do that? I know of just one (so far), Derek! More information to come once my 300ZX arrives next week. Wish I could meet him (someday) bc Derek is what make's America great. We need more guys like this! UPDATE (11/16/19): Finally got around to completing this review. The 300ZX arrived about 3 days after it left Derek's lot. The car arrived on a 7-car truck and he placed it in the MIDDLE of the truck (best spot to shield against road damage). The driver of the truck (an affiliate of Nala Equipment) and he could not have been nicer. The car was just what i expected and MORE. It was a HUGE leap of faith to buy a car sight-unseen but not with Derek and his company Nala Equipment. Would i recommend him to others - HECK YEAH! Would i buy another car from Derek - HELL YEAH!. Dererk and his company are top-notch and he comes with my highest recommendation. He is the kind of person that makes America great. Keep it up Derek!

He proceeded to let me know that I lied about the hydraulics and tires we do not have the experience, a tow truck without weight doesn't drive good it needs to have weight on it for it to ride rite. I proceeded to let him know we had the same truck few years older with Jerr-Dann body before this one, he had nothing more to say about that. He proceeded to say "take it to court, I know my rites, I have been down this road before" your review is not hurting my business I have sold 10 trucks since yours and I have all the good reviews, every restaurant has at least one bad review!" I went to go add on to my Facebook review and noticed he took it down/blocked it and I proceeded to look at how many reviews he had I believe 43 or so then I counted and there are only 30ish that are showing.... I like Fitzy's Car Wash. They have an in-bay automatic touchless wash that works well for my Tesla…read more Teslas don't do well in standard conveyor car washes because you have to drill down through the menu to enable Car Wash Mode. If you make a mistake, it can result in thousands of dollars in damage. Fortunately, Fitzy's in-bay system solves that problem. The car stays parked while the equipment moves around it, and a complete touchless wash takes about five minutes. I do wish they had more than one bay. During busy periods there can be a wait, and it's sometimes hard to find a nearby spot to pull over and dry off the residual water if you want to finish the job properly. Overall, I recommend Fitzy's.

I inspected it after and saw the dent, alerted the young man who worked there. He was very apologetic and acknowledged the situation, but said he just worked there and couldn't do anything. He gave me a number to call. However, I called and it went to a fax machine. I found the number online and it was the same number. The damage isn't severe, but was enough to make me upset. I usually use the self serve and the touchless service, which are far safer. If I do decide to return, I'll use those options and avoid the popular drive through machines. Cheers!

Every step of the process was laid out in detail and The job was even done 5 days earlier than quoted! The shop was even nice enough to make some extra repairs for no charge as a military discount! The inside of the shop was sparkling sparkling and clean and the wonderful auto mechanics were friendly and always kept me up to date with the status of my vehicle! The invoicing was absolutely flawless and I was charged exactly what was quoted. In fact, I paid less than quoted, considering the extra repairs done as a military discount! The warranty is very considerate and generous, right along the lines with what the dealership itself offered. Furthermore, I paid about $2,000 less than I was quoted by the Chevrolet dealership in Putnam, Connecticut. Upon getting into my vehicle I was blown away of the performance! My Chevy Impala drives like brand new with 155,000 mi on it and a brand new transmission and I am confident I could probably drive it another 155,000 miles or more!
