I feel like everyone their goes and above and beyond and they feel like an extended part of our family. They are amazing with communication when I pick up my children. They let me know how they did, what they ate, concerns, new things they started. When I drop my kids off they will go right to a teacher and give them a hug. It makes me feel alot better knowing they are being so well cared for while I'm at work.

One thing about Blackhawk in my opinion is that they should get a bigger sign on their side of the building. They are located in back the back of the building on the north side. I know some people have gotten a bit confused and had to ask for help in locating them. The cost of the class is $60.00 and it's a full day. They cover a lot of facts and valuable things for guards including updates and changes in the law. You get your monies worth!
